The Opening session, that lasts for an hour (never longer), we make sure that our clients have a clear central goal that can be formulated in one, simple sentence. If the sentence is long or complicated that is an indicator of a fuzzy goal. Fuzzy goal leads to a very diligent activity, getting tired and, finally, to fuzzy results that can be interpreted depending on who reads them. From this central goal a set of secondary goals can be deducted.
