Gill Baker has over 10 years experience and has successfully gained over 90 planning and listed building consents, including Dartmouth Market and the Engine Houses featured on Grand Designs. Gill has worked for an award winning conservation architect, is fully insured and maintains good relationships with planning and building control.

Matt's expertise is in traditional and ecological design specification and detailing. He leads on the preparation of the detail design packages, confirming compliance with building regulation and providing an outstanding specification to suit the project.
