I have gained extensive experience in construction throughout my career, working for client, consulting and contractor organisations. My progression from a site engineer, through design management and into a project and supply chain improvement role has given me an appreciation of all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on cost and time reductions, aligned with quality, safety and environmental improvements. I built my process improvement knowledge and experience through the adaptation and introduction of lean tools and techniques into my own organisation, our suppliers and clients; working with all levels of people within the office and on site...
