EIRB Ltd was founded in 1967 by Bulstrad Insurance & Reinsurance Company (Bulstrad) in Bulgaria, with the aim of producing and placing reinsurance business emanating from the former Socialist countries... We specialise in placing Facultative and Treaty business from Central and Eastern Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union Our objective is to secure long-term reliable reinsurance capacity for our clients and to achieve optimum solutions for their business. In order to reach these goals, EIRB Ltd has built and maintains strong, long term relationships with both our cedents and partner Reinsurers... We work with our clients to advise them in respect of primary insurance and the placement of reinsurance business, in particular the placement of treaty and facultative cessions with the aim of optimizing their reinsurance structures. In September 2008 EIRB Ltd became fully accredited Lloyd's brokers.
