The Center for Latin American Strategic Studies - CEELAT - is an independent, nonprofit, and nonpartisan think tank, dedicated to interdisciplinary research; the analysis of current political, social and economic issues; and support of international cooperation and foreign affairs... Headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia, CEELAT focuses its efforts on issues of strategic importance to Colombia and the region, with the intention of promoting development initiatives and generating useful recommendations for the formulation of public and private sector policies.
