Alan Sollenberger - President

Alan Sollenberger is President of White Cap where he oversees all Sales, Operations, IT and Strategy Development. Alan was appointed to President in October 2020 following White Cap's separation from its former parent company HD Supply. Since 2010, Alan has been dedicated to the White Cap business serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer before taking on the role of President. On September 26, 2023, it was announced that Alan will be named Chief Executive Officer and become a member of the White Cap Board of Directors after John Stegeman retires on January 28, 2024. Alan began working with the White Cap business in 2004 as part of The Home Depot portfolio of businesses, leading its M&A activities. As part of The Home Depot and then HD Supply, Alan worked with multiple business units supporting operational effectiveness, sales management, category management, pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Alan held finance positions at Ford Motor Company, General Electric and Ernst & Young. Alan received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Betsy Malkin - CHRO

Betsy Malkin is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for White Cap leading the Human Resources and Communications functions and delivering strategies and programs in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational development, HR M&A, internal and external communications, corporate events and community giving. Betsy was appointed to CHRO in October 2020 following White Cap's separation from its former parent company HD Supply and after serving as Vice President of Human Resources for White Cap since April 2018. Betsy first joined HD Supply in October 2006 as part of the Talent Acquisition team. During her years with HD Supply, Betsy has held successive leadership positions in Organizational Effectiveness, Learning and Enterprise Talent Management. Betsy received a Bachelor of Arts from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Ga. and a Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

John Stegeman - CEO

John Stegeman is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for White Cap, the leading distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors across North America. John was appointed to CEO in October 2020 following White Cap's separation from its former parent company HD Supply. Prior to taking on the role of CEO, John served as Executive President of White Cap since April 2010. On September 26, 2023, White Cap announced John's retirement from CEO effective January 28, 2024. As part of a multiyear succession plan, Alan Sollenberger, President of White Cap, will become CEO on January 29. John Stegeman is a member of the White Cap Board of Directors and will continue in this role following his retirement. Prior to White Cap, John was President and CEO of Ferguson Enterprises from 2005 to 2009. He began his career with Ferguson in 1985 as a management trainee and advanced through the company holding various management positions in three of Ferguson's five business groups: Waterworks, Plumbing, and Heating & Air Conditioning. As part of the Ferguson Waterworks business group, John served as Senior Vice President before being named Chief Operating Officer of Ferguson in May 2005. John received a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and has attended advanced management programs at The Wharton School of Business, Institute of Management Development, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, The University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Columbia University.

Page Naftel - Chief Commercial Officer

Page Naftel is Chief Commercial Officer of White Cap where he leads all field leadership and sales initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, as well as all functional Sales, Marketing and E-Commerce initiatives. Page first joined White Cap as its Chief Sales Officer in December 2021 following White Cap's acquisition of Ram Tool Construction Supply. In this role, Page led all corporate sales strategies for the business. With more than 25 years at Ram Tool, Page most recently served as President of Ram Tool since 2016 after serving in a variety of sales and operations roles, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Branch Manager and Vice President of Sales for 10 years. Page received a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University. He also holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance and Strategy.

Randy Fox - CIO

Randy Fox is Chief Information Officer for White Cap after joining from Construction Supply Group in October 2020. Randy has 30+ years of IT leadership experience in distribution and manufacturing businesses. Randy led IT and Six Sigma for the General Electric (GE) Distribution business, GE Supply, and held a number of other IT leadership roles while at GE, including VP and CIO for GE Healthcare. Randy began his career as a software developer prior to joining the GE Aviation business. Randy holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. He also holds a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Cincinnati in Ohio.

Scott Riggs - COO

Scott Riggs is Chief Operating Officer for White Cap after serving as the Regional Vice President of its Southeast Region since 2014. Scott first joined the White Cap business in December 2006 when it was part of its former parent company HD Supply. Since that time Scott served as Director of Operations and Senior Director of Merchandising & Marketing for the Home Improvement Solutions business unit within White Cap, before moving to Director of Pricing for White Cap in May 2012. Scott served as Vice President of Operations for White Cap before taking on his previous role as Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region. Prior to joining White Cap, Scott served four years in the U.S. Army and then joined The Home Depot where he served as a Store Manager, followed by District Manager. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago.

Susan Stucker - Chief Legal Officer

Susan Stucker is General Counsel for White Cap where she works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide legal guidance and consultation for all company decisions and initiatives, as well as manage the company's legal functions. Susan was appointed to General Counsel in October 2020 following White Cap's separation from its former parent company HD Supply. Prior to her role as General Counsel, Susan served as Vice President of Legal for HD Supply since 2010. From April 2007 to December 2015, Susan was responsible for all labor and employment law matters for HD Supply, and, since January 2016, led HD Supply's litigation, employment law, and risk management teams. Prior to HD Supply, Susan was Senior Counsel at Sprint for 16 years. Susan volunteers her time as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), in cases where abused, neglected or abandoned children have become part of the court system. A GAL serves to advocate for the child's best interests and legal needs, and helps judges make the most informed decisions possible. As a GAL, she assisted over 100 children in 54 cases, and has donated more than 5,000 pro bono hours on closed cases. In 2007 and 2009, she received the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Susan earned her B.S. and J.D. at Florida State University and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Tim Murphy - CFO

Tim brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at WestRock where he led the global Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Risk Management and Insurance functions. Prior to that, Tim held ascending Finance leadership roles over the course of 20 years with WestRock, a publicly traded paper and packaging company, after beginning his career with Bank of America in its corporate and investment banking group. As Chief Financial Officer of White Cap, Tim leads all Corporate Finance functions for the company, including reporting financial results to external stakeholders and setting financial strategy and targets. Tim holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, where he also served as Chairman of the Terry College of Business Alumni Board of Directors from 2018 - 2019. Tim also holds an MBA from Duke University and completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program from Stanford University.
