Tax Manager, Angela Rayner, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. In addition to reviewing individual tax returns, she prepares business returns for S Corporations and Partnerships.

Cliff brings 30 years of tax, accounting and consulting experience to the firm. He started his career as a staff accountant for a local CPA while he was in graduate school. After graduation he joined KPMG as a staff accountant in the audit department. Twelve years later he was a Senior Manager in the consulting department working with middle market companies on mergers & acquisitions as well as performing litigation support. Since KPMG, Cliff has served as CFO and COO for a variety of businesses in the technology and financial services arena.
Jennifer Braynard joined us in the summer of 2019 as a Manager in the Accounting Practice. She has a background in accounting and auditing having started her career at Arthur Andersen. From AA she moved to positions as accounting supervisor for a public company in Ohio. Upon moving to Atlanta she was the accounting manager for a 60 location restaurant chain.
Jennifer has a long history of community involvement and service. She was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by the Fulton County School System for her many hours of service to our community schools. She lives in Johns Creek with her husband Scott and 3 children.
Technology Specialist Lang handles the operational aspects of our information technology system. He is a graduate of Georgia State University. He built his first computer when he was 13 and taught himself 3dsMax whe he was 14. He produced graphic images for the video game Red Orchestra and has a named credit for his Willys Jeep 3-D model. ...

Marilyn serves as President of Davis & Langford PC. She brings over 20 years of tax, accounting and auditing experience to the firm. She started her career as an auditor with the State of Florida auditing the Governor's Office and Florida State University. She was recruited by KPMG where she worked in the Private Business Advisory Services group performing audits and tax work for private companies. She later joined the Coca Cola Company where she served in various accounting and tax roles including controller for their captive finance company. After we relocated to Kansas City, Marilyn became a provider of outsourced accounting services for private companies. She has served as a contract controller for a variety of businesses in the professional services, restaurant and retail industries.
Marilyn holds a CPA license in Georgia and Florida. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a perfect 4.0 from Georgia State University. Her undergraduate degree in Accounting is from Florida State University where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi and an FSU Cheerleader - Go Noles! Marilyn is a member of the Florida Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Tax Preparer Mike Dunne is a seasonal tax preparer with the firm. He has extensive experience preparing individual tax returns for families in Johns Creek. Mike is an active volunteer who serves as site coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program run by the IRS. He has also served on the Board of his Homeowners Association and is famous in the Johns Creek community for removing trash along the roadways. ...
