Brian Baxter is a native of Moncton, a graduate of Rothesay Collegiate School and the University of New Brunswick and is the former Chairman and CEO of Oulton College and B-Motive Assets Inc.
He is now CEO and Chair of Botsford Investment Inc.
Brian is a former Past President of the New Brunswick Association of Career Colleges, Moncton Club, Downtown Centre-Ville Inc., Moncton Club, Rotary Club of Moncton and former Chair of Enterprise Greater Moncton. He is also a former Chair the Board of the Moncton Flight College.
In May of 2003 Brian was elected by the Board of Governors to the Board of the University of New Brunswick and reappointed in October 2006. He is a member of the University's Finance, Advancement, Nominating and Review and Human Resource Committees and Chairs of the University's Investment Committee.

Greg Cohoon is a Graduate of the Executive Development Program, Canadian Police College, Ottawa ON and a Graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Law Enforcement Program, Quantico, Virginia, USA. He is a Past President and Life Member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police as well as Past President and Life Member of the New Brunswick and Atlantic Association of Chiefs of Police.
Greg Cohoon is a Life Member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and has received an IACP award for "Outstanding Contribution Towards Professionalism In Law Enforcement". He was awarded the "Canadian Police Exemplary Service Medal" and is a recipient of the "Queen's Jubilee Medal".

William Comeau is a Chartered Accountant who has served on many Boards. He is a former Chair of the Southeast Regional Health Authority, which includes the Moncton City and Sackville hospitals and was one of the founders of the Moncton Flight College. He is retired from Medavie where he was Senior Vice-President.
