Anna completed her Undergraduate and Masters at University of Edinburgh, where she was awarded a prize for best work completed in a year. Anna is passionate about creating beautiful spaces that improve people's lives. Always looking for ways to make a project as sustainable as possible she enjoys master-planning, cultural, educational, transport and residential projects.
Caleb graduated with a Masters of Architecture from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. His course included 12 months' study in Munich, Germany.
After graduating, Caleb moved to New York, USA, where he embarked upon his career in residential architecture.
Joining KSR in 2023, Caleb is currently working on the design and delivery of a luxury villa in Antigua.
Caleb likes the fast pace and personal involvement associated with residential design. With expertise across all aspects of the architecture and construction process, he enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish; from vision through to realisation.
Caleb is keen and competitive runner and triathlete. As a New Zealander, he enjoys all things rugby.
Cosmin graduated from University of Urban Planning and Architecture `Ion Mincu` from Bucharest, where he completed his Master degree in Architecture. Before moving to London, he worked on a wide range of residential projects in his native Romania and was also firmly involved in many international competitions.
His passion for architecture and drawing, combined with a strong interest for art, photography and literature helped him to develop strong conceptual skills, a sense of design aesthetic and a good knowledge in digital visualisation.
Outside the office, Cosmin is interested in sports like football and tennis, and also loves to travel and be surrounded by nature.
Daniel specialises in the design and delivery of residential projects from super prime homes to large scale developments. His notable works include several large scale residential properties on Hamilton Terrace and Avenue Road in St John's Wood.
Graduating from the Welsh School of Architecture, Daniel has worked in Vancouver and Sydney before returning to the UK. He enjoys working closely with the design team to produce imaginative and practical design solutions and has expertise in project co-ordination, detailing and design management. He is also a member of the Green Register and has a comprehensive knowledge of sustainable building methods.

David is a qualified architect with over five years of experience in London. In the UK, he has mostly focused on high-end residential projects but also has a rich international background that includes work in Spain, Italy, and Guinea-Bissau - the latter of which he developed a luxury hotel scheme. In his spare time, he likes outdoor sports, playing piano and hand drawing.
Emmanuel brings to KSR a wealth of experience working in the high-end residential sector and has historically played a critical role in the success of many KSR developments. He brings to the office much knowledge in technical detailing, supported by his expert knowledge of Revit, a parametric modelling CAD system and has been instrumental in introducing 3D modelling to the practice.
Gordon relishes the challenge of developing complex, historic and sensitive sites. He was responsible for a series of award winning residential projects, including Wardrobe Court in the City of London.
In addition to his residential experience, Gordon headed up a successful series of major new build leisure projects for Holmes Place Health Clubs, taking them from design to successful completion. Gordon is well travelled, fueled by his curiosity for remote places, often returning with unusual ideas and interesting tales.
With a keen eye for detail and problem solving at a large and small scale, Guy leads the design process on a number of projects at KSR. As partner he is involved in a range of houses for high-net worth individuals and bespoke one-off projects. Some of Guy's most notable works include a 2,000 sqm high-tech home in Hampstead as well as outstanding private houses across South Africa, the Caribbean and Barbados. Guy also oversees the marketing and strategic growth of the practice.
Guy has many interests including videography, property, technology and design. He is passionate about thoughtful and progressive design solutions which encourage him to think outside the box.
After almost 20 years in her former career as a Board Level EA, Helen left her much loved role supporting the VPs of Marketing and Communications at a British fashion house in the summer of 2014 to accept a role as Junior Designer at an architectural interior design studio in Fulham. This offer came when Helen had just completed her first year of training at the KLC School of Design in Chelsea, so she was delighted to have the opportunity to continue her training, while building her professional experience within the industry. To date Helen has worked for private clients, developers and international investors as well as working on styling and furniture hire projects.

Holly graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2022 and joined KSR in 2023.
With a particular interested in sustainability within architecture and the wider construction industry, Holly's work explores how principles and actions within the built environment can translate into improving lives.
Holly is currently working on a luxury villa in the Caribbean. The architecture and interior design of this magnificent beachfront residence marries sustainable practice with material integrity.
Out of the office, Holly loves travelling and has just returned from an around-the-world backpacking trip. Closer to home, Holly loves exploring London.
Prior to joining KSR, Kyle worked at a number of distinguished architectural practices in Canada and the United States. His experience includes a range of projects from high-end residential and institution architecture to urban design and master-planning. His strong technical, analytical and visualization skills, and interest in low-carbon building design, make a valuable contribution to KSR's work.
Laura is a qualified architect both in the UK and her native Lithuania.
Since joining KSR in 2008 she has gained respect from both clients and contractors for her strong technical skills, design sensitivity and ability to control quality on site. Most recently she has successfully delivered an intensely complex private house in London which involved technical innovation within a sophisticated, luxury new build. Having been brought onto contractors' teams, she understands the construction industry from both sides.
Laura loves craft beers and comics - she's even had her own comics published.
Les founded KSR with Richard Solomon and has been responsible for many award-winning designs including Pavilion Apartments and Phillimore Square.
He specialises in the masterplanning of large residential developments, and enjoys creating innovative solutions for challenging sites. His thoughtful approach to design enables him to challenge preconceptions and optimise efficiency.
Les's passions include aviation, metalwork and sculpture, all of which influence his designs. He has designed and constructed his family house on a difficult restricted infill site in Islington.
Maria studied at RMIT, Melbourne, Australia.
With over 25 years' experience, of which the past 15 or more have been spent in the UK, Maria specialises in the high-end, residential sector. Maria has experience of heritage and listed buildings, new build projects and refurbishments. From the interior design detailing of luxury private homes to larger scale, contemporary apartment buildings, Maria's expertise includes technical design and on-site construction. She very much enjoys client liaison.
Having moved to London in 2003, Maria worked for KSR for six years before heading off on Maternity Leave. We are delighted she rejoined the team in 2018.
Aside from spending time with her family, Maria's interests include art, cooking, swimming and Feldenkrais.

Michael was educated in South Africa and graduated with a Masters of Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
Before moving to London he worked both in Johannesburg and Durban on a variety of projects including the new SPU library and the 2016 Venice biennale exhibition Reporting From The Front.
Michael is currently working on a high-end residential project in NW London. Once complete the project will provide exceptional luxury that respects the heritage of the original features within the apartments.
With a strong interest in the arts, sociology and the built environment, Michael uses his knowledge to create experiences across many different briefs, ensuring that the finished design is both appealing and thought provoking.
Michelle heads up KSR Interiors. She is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Interior Designer with over 10 years experience working over a variety of design disciplines. As an all-round designer, Michelle enjoys working closely with clients to develop new and exciting concepts and seeing them come to life on site. Her background in development ensures that all projects are ultimately practical, realistic and deliverable.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys walking in the country, travelling and fine whiskies!
Having graduated from Coventry University in Interior Architecture and Design, Milos joined KSR in 2023.
Milos's design style incorporates organic form and natural finishes. Supporting this creative direction, he is particularly interested in bespoke joinery design and detailing.
Milos is currently part of the team designing and delivering a luxury, multi-residential scheme in NW London.
Out of the office, Milos is an avid traveller and accomplished skier. Channelling his creativity, he is also a keen artist and occasionally enjoys the odd DIY project.
Olimpia is an Italian-born Architect, with a wealth of experience both in her hometown and the UK. Her particular skills are in the restoration of high-end family homes, and client presentations and communications. Outside of the office Olimpia's talents include playing the flute professionally, sailing, and long-distance running.
It is fair to say that Pernille (pronounced PER-NILL-A) runs KSR! As Office Manager she keeps us all under control. She may sound American when she answers the phone, but she assures us that she is Norwegian.
Richard's enthusiasm for architecture was fuelled by studying at the Architectural Association under internationally renowned architects, Rem Koolhaas and Zaha Hadid. As a founding partner, he retains an interest in practice management and overseeing the strategic direction of KSR.
Having worked closely with developers for over 30 years, Richard has a commercial understanding of all aspects of development, particularly in the residential sector. He believes passionately in new, innovative approaches to design, system building and sustainability.
Richard is widely travelled. He enjoys adventure and loves nothing more than cycling amongst the wildlife of Botswana.
Ru is a long-standing member of KSR. Having originally worked on a number of large residential developments, Ru has developed a particular expertise in the design and delivery of exclusive private houses. She relishes the challenges and attention to detail that these buildings demand, and enjoys providing the bespoke personal service that our private clients require.
Before qualifying as an architect, Ruben studied at ETSA Granada University in his native Spain and at ISACF La Cambre in Brussels. He worked in Milan and Rotterdam before moving to London. Ruben joined KSR in 2013 and has successfully delivered a range of mixed-use and high-end residential projects in central London. With his interest in sustainable architecture, he heads up KSR's Sustainability Group and has a keen eye for detail and technical design.
In his spare time he likes outdoor sports, photography and most of all, travelling.

Providing both creative and strategic direction, Sam leads the detailed design and technical delivery of KSR's key projects.
Graduating from the University of Melbourne with degrees in both Architecture and Property & Construction, Sam has designed and delivered exclusive residential and mixed-use developments around the world. He is recognised as an expert in London's prime residential market, with completed projects in some of the capital's most sought-after neighbourhoods and sensitive conservation areas.
As a partner at KSR, Sam's operational focus is new business and recruitment. He is also responsible for the promotion of a positive culture within the practice.
A keen cyclist, Sam enjoys pedalling around the UK and Europe. He can often be spotted in Regent's Park with his whippet - and KSR colleague - Ziggy Stardust-Cooke.
Seung-Hoon qualified as an architect in South Korea and came to England in 2005 to gain valuable international experience. He has expert knowledge of Revit, a parametric modelling CAD system and has been instrumental in introducing 3D modelling to the practice.
Seung-Hoon has historically played a key role in the success of many KSR developments. Throughout this experience he has developed an expertise in traditional detailing and how it can meet current regulations. Seung brings to the office a wealth of experience in the high-end residential sector, and his involvement was key to the success of the recently completed Camley Street project
Taseer studied at Kingston University and completed his PgDip at Westminster University.
Having worked in both the UK and overseas, Taseer has proven expertise across a number of sectors, on projects of varying scale and at all RIBA Stages. His past experience includes leading and assisting in the design and delivery of a mixed-use development in a popular conservation area, a collection of high-end retail units and an award-winning, private residential scheme comprising 40+ new build homes in the Green Belt. He has experience of listed and non-listed buildings.
Taseer is currently working on the conversion, extension and refurbishment of a large residence in NW London to create 35 luxury apartments.
Out of work, Taseer enjoys trekking, trying new foods and the occasional DIY project. By his own admission, he has an unhealthy obsession with photographing domes!
Tina has a degree in architecture from Woodbury University in Los Angeles and has recently graduated from The Bartlett with a master's in architectural design. Her experience stretches between California and London, transitioning from the commercial sector to high-end luxury residential. She is a passionate designer with meticulous attention to detail and a desire to deliver quality, functionality and elegance. Tina is working towards her Part 3 qualifications. Outside of work she tries to take advantage of what London has to offer - walks through the parks, visiting galleries and exploring art exhibitions.
Virginia is an integral part of KSR in supporting the team, mentoring young designers and overseeing our marketing strategy.
She retains a strong interest in architecture and has a particular experience in dealing with listed buildings and sensitive sites, especially conservation areas, which require a considered response. At a local level, Virginia sits on the St John's Wood Society Planning Group which is consulted by Westminster on all planning applications in the area.
Virginia takes an active role in the profession and has sat on the RIBA Board as well as various RIBA committees which influence the way in which architects work. She is a keen promoter of equal opportunities in architecture and the wider construction industry, being a founder member of Architects For Change and previously RIBA Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champion.
