Sinthia is a Partner, specialising in Real Estate. She is also experienced in more complex and unusual transactions such as Help to Buy equity charges and; staircasing, lease and transfer drafting, lease extensions and variations; and bridging and development finance. Sinthia is a versatile solicitor providing practical advice to get the deal done. Her attention to detail and quality of service is second to none.
She has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial & residential property on behalf of individuals, businesses and financial institutions.

Yasmin has been practising at the firm for over 16 years. As Managing Partner, she has been and remains instrumental in developing the firm's strategic direction and embodies the firm's core values.
Yasmin has a vast knowledge of all types of both commercial and residential transactions including first-time buyers, company acquisitions and buy to let properties, right to buy. She deals with Help to Buy equity scheme purchases as well as new build properties.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant work for both commercial and residential transactions. She acts for buyers and sellers in a wide range of freehold and leasehold properties including retail, offices, restaurants, mixed-use, the purchase, and sale of development land, and re-mortgaging properties for clients.
