With MBL Estates expanding, Charlotte joined MBL in 2023 to work alongside Kaushik. Charlotte has a background in agency and has a passion for precision and helps Kaushik with the financial aspects of MBL Estates. From ensuring accurate record-keeping, to handling invoices and reconciliations, her meticulous approach guarantees the smooth flow of financial operations.
Claire founded the business with Mark in 1995, and now loves to help on a part time basis in the office and as a viewing assistant. When not conducting viewings; Claire helps at a not-for-profit organisation called Young at Heart which is an intergenerational community social club, specialising in combatting loneliness in elderly people. She thrives when meeting new people!
Grace has worked within the industry for a leading national and international agent before joining MBL in 2022. She has a passion for connecting people with their ideal properties and a keen understanding of client preferences, she expertly guides both landlords and tenants through the lettings process. Her proactive approach, excellent communication skills and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, means she delivers top notch results every time and helps landlords maximise their investment.
Isobel focuses on dealing with the problems that occur when managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property well-being. ‘Issy' has a commitment to efficiency, organisation, and open communication, she is a vital asset to our team, and brings a smile to everyone's faces!
As a Chartered Accountant, Kaushik diligently manages and oversees all financial aspects of the business. Kaushik brings an unparalleled level of professionalism to our team and his adeptness at strategic financial planning, meticulous auditing, and insightful advisory services has consistently delivered exceptional value to our clients.
Mark is the driving force behind MBL Estates, with over 40 years' experience in the property sector, he remains an integral part of the day to day running of the business. When opening MBL Estates, Mark tried to create, and has now established, a business that prioritises personalised service, innovation, and most importantly transparency.
William has a BSc Hons degree in Property Agency and Marketing and since leaving university has worked alongside MBL Estates and focused on his own building contracts. William has now joined the team at MBL and with his experience and knowledge within the construction industry, he assumes a vital role in the daily running of the business.
