Associated Capital Securities Limited (ACSL) is a Stock Brokerage firm incorporated under the Companies Act in the year 1996. ACSL became a member of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on the same year and started operation which was primarily, facilitating clients in the purchase and sale of shares listed under the CSE. In the year 2005, ownership of ACSL along with all of its assets, clients and membership of CSE was sold to the current management team headed by the company's Chairman, MD Amin Ullah.
