Carlos has over 35 years of experience in reporting, accounting and compliance guidance and tracking company operational initiatives, including job costing, budget oversight and backlog. Carlos provides AM Trenchless with year-end audit, overhead calculations, tax processes and filings, providing accurate and timely monthly reports including financial and operational metrics and weekly cash flow reports. Carlos also performs final review and approval of monthly client invoicing, A/P,A/R, payroll, timesheet, maintain billing rate tables, including CPI and contract rate increases. Carlos graduated from the University in Puerto Rico.
Edward "Alan" Ambler has 18 years of diversified experience in utility operations management, utility planning and engineering design, roadway and drainage design, multi-jurisdictional coordination and construction management. Alan's earlier career efforts brought him from Dubai to Alaska to manage infrastructure development for large scale projects such as Dubai Maritime City and the World Islands in Dubai to the City of Ketchikan's onsite construction inspection representative for two $30+ million cruise ship berth construction projects in Alaska. Through his work at AM Trenchless, Alan has become a national leader in trenchless technologies methods, such as pipe bursting, and has become a national expert in understanding the application of complex governmental regulations. Alan often presents at conferences, provides articles to journals and discusses topics with peers throughout the country.
Jeanette Maldonado-Ambler has 17 years of experience ranging from project management and land development to transportation planning and traffic signal design. For the past 7 years, her experience involves engineering, program and project management for CFX's GEC contract supporting the day-to-day activities. Her previous experience includes diverse site / civil project management and engineering design projects involving a multitude of engineering disciplines, including design of infrastructure elements, permitting and post-design services. Her experience also includes project development and environment (PD&E) studies, traffic engineering and impact studies, traffic planning, signing and pavement markings, traffic signal design and public involvement.

Olga has over 40 years of experience in office management, small business development, billing, legal services and banking. Olga has key experience in assisting small business growth, with successful growth of multiple businesses. Recent experience includes growth of one business from 3 employees to 40 in under three years while maintaining profitability. Olga graduated from the Interamerican University in Puerto Rico with a degree in Business Administration. Olga handles all billing and human resources tasks with AM Trenchless including targeting smart growth in key business markets.
