She completed her BA (hons) in Hotel Management from the Huddersfield University, UK and holds a diploma for the same from the Taj Group of Hotels. She also completed her BBA and secured 3rd rank in the Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Besides these professional degrees, she has also completed courses in various forms of art from NIFA, Julius Mcwan institute of art, etc
She has over 10 years of experience in the sales department of well known organisations /companies from the hospitality sector as well as real estate sector (Taj Hotels, Emaar MGF, IREO).
She is presently pursuing her passion of being a professional artist. She creates and sells her own work as well as customised paintings as per clients requirements.
A leading light in the area of explosives and chemicals in India, he has been a mentor and guide for the company.
Having earned his Masters degree in mining engineering, he has developed a penchant for learning and R&D. He has actively involved himself in product development projects of defence, new products and processes. A recipient of "Pickering and ISM Medal" from, Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad and Gold Medalist from Mining Geological and Metallurgical Institute of India. He is a Member of Society of Explosives Engineers, U.S.A. and was Chairman of Explosives Development Council constituted by Government of India and Chairman of Explosives Manufacturers Association of India. He has been given Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2015 in the Outstanding Category.
He authored various articles about high energy materials including "Scaling up of CL-20 production to pilot plant scale" presented at the proceedings of National Symposium on Trends in Explosive Technology. He has been conferred Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) by Gulbarga University in recognition of his rare distinction and distinguished contributions to the field of science and technology.
He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Premier Explosives Ltd.
He completed his Engineering and then pursued his MBA from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Delhi. He secured gold medal in IIT Delhi for academic excellence.
He worked as a management consultant for 9+ years (with IBM Business Consulting and then Deloitte Consulting).He has joined the company and is now deploying the latest chemical technology levers to improve productivity.
The Company is currently managed by Vineet and the day to day affairs of the Company are being taken care of by him. He has contributed immensely to increase the Export share in the total sales of the company. He is working towards having a de-risked business model by developing a complete value chain, to take care of all segment of the business.
In his earlier role he led business consulting projects and assignments for companies including Coca Cola, ITC, Pepsi, Indigo Airlines, Hersheys, Shell India, HMEL, Cairn Energy among others.
She has been leading the company since 1995; & is acknowledged as a leading lady in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) sector.
She has been awarded by VIA (Vidarbha Industries Association); and delivers lectures on entrepreneurship.
She has been instrumental in developing the newer markets that the company is supplying to. The deep experience and expertise she has, has helped the company supply to most of the leading companies in explosives, pharma and API space.
