Aggie has worked across a range of industries including Engineering, Defence, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, Workforce Career Management and Banking, in companies that include Thales Australia, Coles Myer, Ericsson, Audrey Page & Associates and Commonwealth Bank. Aggie is also a registered Psychologist and an accredited Executive Coach. As an advocate for inspirational and positive leadership at all levels, Aggie believes that people and culture is what makes organisations successful. Allan Moore

Allan has a strong financial and commercial background with experience throughout the Asia Pacific region. He recently completed his terms as Chairperson of the Australian Battery Industry Association and as Treasurer for the Victorian Tree Industry Organisation. He continues his work for the latter at an Executive Committee level. Allan is Chairperson of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and a member of the Asset Management, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Allan operates a Contract and Project Management Consultancy. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Exide Technologies and held various Senior Financial Management roles within the Exide and Pacific Dunlop Groups.

Amanda Brook

Amanda is an experienced business leader with a customer driven approach to organisation challenges. Amanda's executive career includes CEO and executive leadership roles in the retail, digital media publishing, personal services and education sectors. She has held non-executive directorships in private, publicly listed and not-for-profit organisations including formerly as Chair of Leadership Victoria and Chair of the Monash University Marketing Advisory Board. Her specialities include strategy, marketing, business growth and managing change. With post-graduate qualifications in Business, Amanda is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is currently a Director and CEO of Abbeys Auctions and Classic Moves, and lives and works within the Box Hill Institute local community.

Annabelle Roxon

Annabelle is an experienced Board Director, currently serving on the Board and Audit and Risk Committee of Westernport Water and formerly served on the Board and Audit and Risk Committee of TAFE Gippsland. She is also a management consultant in the social sector who advises on strategy and outcomes management for a diverse range of clients including social purpose organisations and government. A former lawyer, she has advised in a broad array of areas including procurement, sales and marketing, disputes and litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Annabelle holds a Masters of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.

Carol Webb

Carol has over 17 years' experience in Human Resource Management. She has developed and implemented a broad range of leadership, strategic HRM and organisational capability programs. As an experienced HR consultant, she has proven ability to coach managers, facilitate a range of corporate programs and work at Board level. She has experience in change management, strategic planning, and has a passion for education and training. Carol is a board member for Deaf Children Australia and Carers Victoria. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Masters of Management. She has completed the AICD Womens' Board leadership program.

Grant Radford

Grant Radford started as CEO and Managing Director at Box Hill Institute (BHI) in June 2022, and brings with him 14 years of people-focused leadership experience across the TAFE sector. Mr Radford has spent more than 25 years in the public sector including executive and management roles at the Department of Defence, Department of Education, and the Department of Treasury and Finance. His experience in the vocational education sector includes appointments at Chisholm Institute as Chief Operating Officer and as the CEO of TAFE Gippsland for four years. Mr Radford is a passionate believer in the transformative power of secondary, vocational and higher education; particularly the role organisations like BHI play in enriching the life and career prospects of learners and building closer ties with industry and the communities we serve. Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Deakin University), is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Hemant Kokularupan

Hemant joined Box Hill Institute in September 2022 leading a portfolio focused on the non-academic student experience which aims to deliver a holistic, outstanding and distinctive student experience. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) from Monash University and for over 15 years, has held a variety of management and executive roles across TAFE's, Universities and dual-sector institutions. These include leading portfolios in customer experience, domestic and international marketing and recruitment, stakeholder engagement, student services and other administrative functions. Stimulated by complex challenges, Hemant has engaged with stakeholders from across the globe, bringing creative expertise in conceptualizing a diverse range of strategies enabling education providers to deliver impactful outcomes. Hemant genuinely believes that education changes lives and is passionate about ensuring it remains accessible, student-centric and an exciting adventure.

Jane Foley

Jane is the Chairperson of the Box Hill Institute Education Quality Committee and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She is also a Board Director of the Victorian State Emergency Service and has been a member of both the Risk and Audit committee and People Culture and Remuneration committee. Her areas of expertise cover strategy, organisational design, business improvement, human resource management, change management, and corporate governance. She has worked across a diverse range of industry sectors including superannuation, professional services, government and international aid. For more than a decade, Jane consulted widely across the Victorian TAFE sector. She has held diverse board and committee governance roles in commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Her qualifications include a Master of Arts (International Relations).

Jane Grover - COO

Jane Grover commenced as the Chief Operating Officer, Box Hill Institute (BHI) in October 2022 and harnesses 25 years of public and private sector experience, passionate about the customer, delivering world class experiences and building organisational capability. Jane has held senior executive and management roles, Sheraton Group of Hotels, Crown Resorts, and was the CEO of the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust. All of the executive and management positions focussed on the customer being at the heart of all decisions, building strong foundations, engaging deeply with the community then change ahead of change. Enjoys complexity and in turn making the complex simple, stimulated by new environments, Jane's philosophy is that there are challenges in all businesses however, diverse experience coupled with strong leadership provides a new prism. Jane has a Graduate Diploma of Business, Oxford Business School Alumni also, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the Foundation Board of the Melbourne Theatre Company.

Liz Camilleri

Liz Camilleri is a Fellow CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience. Liz joined the Board of Box Hill Institute in December 2023. She is also a Board Director for Uniting AgeWell, Bass Coast Health and an independent member Court Services Victoria Audit and Risk Committee. Liz enjoyed a number of roles during her 30 year + career at Epworth HealthCare, from managing Payroll, Hospitality Services, the Greenfield start-up of the Epworth Eastern hospital in Box Hill, to her last Executive role as Executive Director Finance and Commercial Services (CFO) which she held for over 10 years. Committed to values-based leadership, Liz has significant knowledge and expertise across all aspects of business including financial governance, audit and risk, procurement, and project management of major building, operational and ICT projects. Co-sponsoring Epworth's Diversity and Inclusion strategy was another highlight of her Executive career.

Matt Graver

's Chief Financial Officer, Matt strategically leads the organisation's financial agenda and its critical finance and procurement functions. Providing strategic and operational advice as part of the Executive Leadership Team, Matt's expertise ensures BHI continues to have the capacity to deliver first class educational and training services for students, staff and partner organisations in a sustainable way. Before assuming his current role, Matt led BHI's financial services for five years with a focus on advancing our business development, commercial and educational services in a complex regulatory environment. Having founded a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) and with a strong background in audit, his entrepreneurial approach has also added significant value to previous senior finance roles in the health, education, central agencies and local government sectors. Matt is passionate about BHI's fiscal sustainability. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws.

Michelle Mason-Woods

Michelle is an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years of experience in the TAFE sector. Michelle has held a range of leadership positions, including Hospitality teacher, Team Leader, Acting Campus Manager, Faculty Director, Head of Department, and Acting Executive Director Educational Delivery. Throughout her career, Michelle has developed a deep understanding of the education industry, with a particular focus on leadership, strategic management, quality teaching and learning, curriculum development, continuous improvement, and building positive industry partnerships. Beyond her work in education, Michelle has also owned her own business and worked as an estate agent, which has given her a unique perspective on leadership and management. As Executive Director Educational Delivery at Box Hill Institute, Michelle is responsible for leading the Educational Delivery teams across all faculties. Her expertise and passion for education will be invaluable as she works to drive educational operations and excellence across the portfolio. Michelle is known for her ability to inspire and motivate teams, and she is committed to helping students achieve their full potential through high-quality education.

Paul Newnham

Paul has held senior management, executive and board positions across a range of industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Not for Profit, Small Business, Consulting and now Education with the commencement at BHI in 2019. Paul is passionate about empowering people to achieve great outcomes, particularly where these outcomes will provide a positive social, economic and environment impact in the community. Phillip Davies

Phillip has vast experience serving on boards in the legal, education, health, property, building and construction and sporting sectors. He is on the Asset Management, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of our Board. Phillip is Chairperson of East Kew Financial Services Ltd. He is also a member of a number of disciplinary and dispute tribunals in the education, building and construction and sports sectors. Prior to his public service appointments, he was a Senior Partner at King Wood Mallesons an international law firm.

Susan Spozetta

With over 24 years' experience in vocational education, Sue brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of the sector, having led education portfolios including delivery program areas, quality and governance teams, and education development units Sue is passionate about enhancing the lives of students through innovative, flexible, and quality education that delivers successful student outcomes. She is a proactive and passionate leader with diverse experience in quality and compliance governance, online delivery and assessment resources, training package requirements, and industry collaboration. Sue has held senior leadership roles at TAFE QLD and TAFE NSW, with her most recent position being the Executive Director of Education at The Gordon.

Tony Nippard

Tony is a governance professional, experienced chair, board director, committee member and executive. He has undertaken governance training and development work for the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Victorian Public Sector Commission over several years and is a Principal of Thoughtpost Governance. For over 35 years, he has been a board director of not for profit and public entities operating across diverse sectors including health, secondary and tertiary education, vocational education and training, information management, arts, children's services and alpine resort management. In addition to being a board director of BHI, he is currently the vice chair of a large national provider community based mental health services (Neami National); board director of Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority, which regulates schools and training apprentices and trainees. Tony is also a board member of the Victorian TAFE Association and the Melbourne Forum

Tracey Cooper - Chairman

Her functional expertise is in the areas of strategic planning, financial and asset management and commercial negotiation.
