Brad Horton has been involved in the Arizona real estate market since 1977. His 38 years of experience include purchasing properties for investors, mortgage lending, and over 20 years experience in 1031 tax exchanging involving over 5,000 transactions throughout the country. Brad is well known throughout the real estate and title industry as a wealth of knowledge concerning exchange issues and offers private consulting on exchange matters and teaching customer and personal appreciation applications. His exposure in the real estate community has been enhanced by hundreds of seminars taught throughout the state with over 5,500 hours including Legal Issues for real estate 1031 tax exchanges, Fair Housing Issues, and General hours for renewal. He is a polished public speaker exhibiting both confidence and professional depth in his fields. He has contributed several articles to numerous real estate educational schools educating agents with the Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Academy of Real Estate, Westford College, Hogan School of Real Estate, Southeast Valley, Glendale West Maricopa Board, Payson Association, Mojave County, Tucson Association of Realtors, and the Santa Cruz County Board of Realtors . He has also supported and taught for the Arizona Escrow Association throughout Arizona.
