CATARINA'S FOOD TRUCK - Key Persons

Born and raised in San Diego, Juan Navarrete is a self-taught cook who worked for years at several restaurants and food chains in Southern California before deciding to open Catarina's Food Truck. His family comes from various regions in Mexico, particularly in Sinaloa. For the past decade, he has also worked in various firms and advertising agencies. Food, travel and culture- these are the things that Juan invests his time on when he is not busy working on the food truck.
