Alaina's past experience in operations and business management is extensive and provides her the knowledge and skillset to be a great asset to the Cornerstone Financial team. She performs a wide range of duties including bookkeeping, financial management, office management, and business organization to help Cornerstone Financial Advisors continue to run smoothly and efficiently.

Angela is President, Partner and Financial Advisor at Prosperity Advisors. Angela has been in the financial services industry since joining Fidelity Investments in 1995 as an MBA student at Harvard Business School. Angela is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations. She serves on the Resurrection Foundation Investment Committee for the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, the largest United Methodist church in the U.S. Angela is a member of the Cetera Advisors Advisory Council and was the winner of the Cetera Advisors 2017 Sapphire Award.

Brett Jergens is the Chief Investment Officer at Prosperity Advisors. Brett came to Prosperity after 13 years at Tortoise Capital where he was the portfolio manager for several different equity and fixed income investment strategies. Brett graduated from Kansas State University with an accounting and finance degree. The driving love for the finance industry comes from Brett's enjoyment of the challenge the stock market provides. Brett is excited about the opportunity of growth for Prosperity Advisors. Brett currently holds his CFP, CFA, SIE, licenses, and he is also a former CPA.
When Brett is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. Brett's hobbies consist of golfing, chasing his daughters around, and watching sports (Royals and Chiefs).

Nyssa is a Staff Accountant at Cornerstone Tax Services. She is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is a current board member of the Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). Nyssa earned her Master of Taxation through Idaho State University in 2018.
Nyssa has been working with QuickBooks Desktop since 2016. She has experience with cleanup of different areas of QuickBooks as well as with the payroll process. Nyssa loves to solve puzzles and will search diligently until she finds a fix for a problem. She enjoys getting to know clients so that she can help them set and meet goals.
Nyssa has a wide variety of interests including reading, writing, gaming, traveling, and knitting. She loves spending time with and going on adventures with her family and her fur-kids. Above all, Nyssa is passionate about learning new things and is always willing to take on a new challenge.

Paul founded Prosperity Advisory Group in 1989 and has worked in the financial services industry since 1980. He has confidently made a career of helping clients get fit to retire through insightful financial guidance. His passion is reflected in the many industry recognitions he has received: Financial Times 400 Top Advisor from 2015-2020, Forbes Finance Council, Cetera Advisors President's Advisory Council, Barron's Top Teams and as an Investment News for Retirement Income Summit Moderator and Financial Tech Think Tank. Paul is a member of the Advisors Panel for the Insured Retirement Institute.
Paul has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ since 1994. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Financial Services Institute, and a former board member of the local chapters of the Institute for Certified Financial Advisors and the Financial Planning Association. He is also a former adjunct professor for the College for Financial Planning. Paul is a contributing author of the book, "100 Ways to Get Fit to Retire". In addition to his role as CEO and Financial Advisor at Prosperity Advisors, Paul also founded and serves as CEO of the Prosperity Network of Advisors, a local registered representative supervisory branch that supports over 180 independent financial professionals who serve clients in 49 states. On the community front, Paul and Julie are the co-founders of Living Waters Canoe Ministry, and spends many summer weekends canoeing/kayaking with Scouts, families and church groups, where he leads the Global Outdoor Adventure Leaders Internship program for college students. He served on the Community Board for Overland Park Regional and Christian Youth Theater. He is also a founding Board Member for both UP Global and Mission Southside. Paul served on the District Committee for Soaring Eagle District BSA and as a member of the Personal Financial Planning Advisory Board for Kansas State University. Trevor is an Enrolled Agent and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for Cornerstone Tax Services. He specializes in preparing individuals, partnerships, and corporations tax returns. He also assists individuals and businesses with accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll needs.
Trevor obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University-Idaho, then obtained his Enrolled Agent credentials one year later. He is in the process of obtaining more credit hours to earn his MACC, and later sit for the CPA exam.
He enjoys getting to know people and building relationships. He enjoys learning how clients operate their business and what their dreams are. He spends a lot of time learning about the clients so he can help them achieve their goals.
Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife and baby girl. Traveling and living an active lifestyle is their passion along with spending time outdoors. He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, cycling, running, snorkeling, and going to the gym.
