I'm a clinical nutritionist, certified personal and pilates trainer, healthy lifestyle enthusiast, fashionista and above all mother and wife. I live my life as healthy as I can and I started Dear Gaga to share my passion with you... The biggest part of my life is nutrition. I'm a dietitian but I'm the opponent of strict diets. I avoid processed food, yet as a mom I don't have too much time for cooking so I embrace fast and easy recipes. I believe that food simply tastes better when we slow down to truly enjoy a meal as a family versus grabbing takeout in the car or having kids glued to the TV on the couch during dinner.
