Milan J. Dugan, DMD has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Desert Maxillofacial Center in the Coachella Valley since 2013. Prior to joining us, Dr. Jugan served as a general dentist aboard ship with the U.S. Navy for 20 years and as a clinical instructor at two of the U.S. Navy's oral & maxillofacial surgery residency programs for 12 years.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Jugan received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1992 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed a four-year residency program in oral and maxillofacial facial surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in 2002. He received advanced Fellowship training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in facial cosmetic surgery.
