Alan Hall is a founder and managing director of Mercato Partners, a top performing growth capital fund. Its focus is to invest in high growth technology companies that need additional funding and expertise in marketing and sales. Current portfolio companies include: Skullcandy, Fusion-io, Control4, Cymphonix, Mediconnect, CradlePoint and Stance. Mr. Hall is also the founder, chairman and former CEO of MarketStar Corporation, a global outsourced marketing and sales company with a focus on assisting high technology companies increase sales through the small to medium business sectors. The company employs several thousand employees and generates billions of dollars in sales for its marquee clientele, including Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Sony, Intel and Verizon. MarketStar is owned by Omnicom Group (OMC). Alan Hall is the chairman of Weber State University's board of trustees and the chairman of the University's capital campaign committee, a trustee of the Intermountain Healthcare Foundation, former chairman of the Utah Technology Council and chairman of Prosperity 2020, a business-led movement committed to enhancing Utah's educational system through investment and innovation.

Allen Lambert

He has implemented cutting-edge technologies and products for some of the largest healthcare companies in the country. His experience and direction have proven instrumental in successfully launching innovative and quality products. With over 15 years of development experience Allen has worked in several different industries including but not limited to: Healthcare, Finance, Education, and Consumer. Most recently Allen was the Director of Application Development at MediConnect Global Inc., where he was responsible for leading the development team in the design and development of software solutions for the healthcare industry.

Amy Rees Anderson

Amy Rees Anderson is the Managing Partner and Founder of REES Capital, which she created to provide entrepreneurs and business executives' critical guidance and support to help their companies grow. Prior to founding REES Capital, Amy Rees Anderson was formerly the founder and CEO of MediConnect Global, Inc., a worldwide leader in medical record retrieval, digitization, and one of the largest cloud-based health information exchanges. In March 2012, Amy successfully led MediConnect to being acquired for over $377 million. Amy is an active Angel Investor and she recently founded the IPOP Foundation, a charity focused on helping educate and mentor entrepreneurs.

Chad Feinauer

Chad has more than 12 years of experience in product management, product development and project management with industry leading corporations in the legal and healthcare industries. Chad is currently a Senior Associate with REES Capital. Prior to joining REES Capital, he was Vice President of Implementation and Product Management with Verisk Health. Prior to Verisk Health he spent 6 years at MediConnect Global where he served in management roles including Director of LMI Operations, Director of Implementation and Partner Relations and Chief of Staff / Director of Project Management. Within these roles he successfully managed company-wide product development and product management initiatives, which resulted in the development of some of the most influential and impactful healthcare tools and systems in the industry. Chad has a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Utah, a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Utah and a Masters in Business Administration from Westminster College.

Dave Chidester

Dave Chidester has more than 15 years experience overseeing the overall financial standing of multiple fast-growing companies. He is currently a partner in REES Capital who provides angel investing and advisory services. Prior to REES Capital, he was the CFO MediConnect Global, which was sold in 2012 to Verisk Analytics for $377.8 million. Prior to MediConnect, Dave held various roles including CFO at Overstock.com, and he was involved in taking Overstock public and in raising more than $400 million of capital through stock and debt offerings. Annual gross revenues grew from just $2 million to $1 billion during his tenure. Dave is a licensed CPA and has a BA in accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah. He also currently serves on the board of Neuroworx and as an advisory board member for the University of Utah School of Accounting. He was also a board member and advisor of Henry Walker Homes in their 2014 sale to Oakwood Homes for $75 million.

Dinesh C. Patel

Dinesh Patel has become known across the country for his business ventures. He is the co-founder of vSpring Capital, a Salt Lake City-based investment firm in which he is currently the founder emeritus (it is now known as Signal Peak Ventures that manages more than $450 million). He is also a primary angel investor in at least 20 IT and biotechnology companies, such as TheraTech (which he co-founded and which was acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals (now Actavis) for $350 million), and Ashni Naturaceuticals, the latter of which Patel was formerly CEO. Additionally, Patel holds 15 patents in both the US and abroad. In 2006, he was awarded UtahTechnology Council Hall of Fame Award and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. In 2009, he received the University of Michigan's College of Pharmacy's Alumni Distinguished Lifetime Achievement Award, and last year, he was awarded the Utah Life Science Award from BioUtah.

Eric Quigley

Eric has over 18 years of experience within the medical software and services field. Eric spent the first seven years of his career working on the development and roll out of the first web based practice management software to market. Over the last 10 years as CIO and COO for offshore operations, Eric focused on the development and growth of the IT and offshore operations for the services provided by MediConnect Global. Most recently, Eric has focused on strategic relationships and go-to-market strategy for healthcare security/communications compliance software company, ITUS Med.

Shani Allsop

Shani Allsop is a Partner at REES Capital, providing clients 15 years of strategic organizational guidance and expertise. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer of MediConnect Global Inc. As COO, Shani was responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the company as well as guiding the strategic development and execution of the company's corporate and product plans. After joining MediConnect Global in 2004, Shani served in management roles of increasing influence and responsibility - including as director of operations, vice president of account management and vice president of global operations support - as the company expanded to 1,600 people operating on multiple continents. Shani's executive leadership was instrumental in designing MediConnect's proprietary technology systems, which streamlined operations, cut costs and improved overall quality for the company. She also has extensive experience in working with and building global teams made up of both direct employees as well as large outsourced resources. In 2012, Shani was recognized by Utah Business magazine as one of Utah's 30 Women to Watch.
