Amie Lenhart

As a sales and leasing agent with Donald R. Kenney and Company Realty, Amie has two decades of experience in the corporate business and real estate markets. Prior to joining DRK, Amie worked in a variety of real estate and human resource positions, including: marketing coordinator for Colliers International; client services specialist with CBRE; human resource generalist for Plane Detail; and realtor with Coldwell Banker King Thompson. During her career, she has consistently excelled in team branding, property marketing, developing client relationships, and coordinating corporate real estate transactions. Amie earned her associate's degree in real estate from Columbus State Community College before getting a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She maintains a busy volunteer schedule, serving with Ronald McDonald House Charities, Meals on Wheels, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Best Buddies International. Amie is a proud mother of three children and is a resident of Lewis Center.

Erin Dimesa

DRK Realty is proud to welcome Erin Dimesa to the Property Management team! Originally from Tiffin, Ohio, Erin moved to Columbus in 2004, where she began her career in the hospitality and food service industry. She quickly climbed the ranks of one of the nation's largest restaurant families, developing a diverse set of client-facing, administrative and leadership skills on her path to management. From 2008-2017, Erin split her time between Columbus and Orlando, Florida, managing locations in both cities while serving as the parent company's Orlando regional training coordinator. She returned to Columbus full-time in 2017 to take the reins at 101 Beer Kitchen. As General Manager, she consistently met weekly sales volume goals and developed profit maximization strategies that reduced overhead expenses while enhancing the guest experience.

Gary Harkey

Gary Harkey has been representing Buyers and Sellers of residential, office, warehouse, and multifamily investment properties since 1994. With over 12 years of experience at Donald R. Kenney & Company Realtors, Gary has sold properties valued at over $300 million dollars over the years. Gary's expertise and broad understanding of the real estate industry provide a great benefit to clients who wish to purchase, sell, or 1031 exchange real estate. Gary graduated from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is married to his wife Karen and has two children.

Holly Ring

It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Holly Ring for promoting to Senior Property Manager. Holly, your hard work and dedication is truly in a league of its own. Thank you for all that you do for our DRK team. In her role as Senior Property Manager - licensed realtor, her skill set is including lease setup and commencement and lease compliance monitoring. Her list of property management duties include budgeting, CAM recommendations, collections, expense control and contracting. Holly also coordinates the association management for some of the leading sites here in Columbus. Prior to arriving at DRK, Holly gained a diverse work experience, employed most recently as a criminal defense and appellate paralegal. Before that, she spent 10 years as the business development coordinator for Jim Keim Ford in Columbus. Holly is also active in the community, volunteering to serve as vice president, treasurer and secretary of the Glendening Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbus State Community College, earning an associate of applied science degree in paralegal studies. A graduate of Hondros Real Estate School.

Jaimine Johnson

As Director of Commercial Operations, Leasing and Sales for DRK, Jaimine Johnson develops and implements long-term strategies for the commercial asset division in the investment management of office, industrial/flex, medical, retail properties. With more than $225 million in assets in the DRK portfolio, she has a proven record of success in developing strategies that drive revenue and increase overall business profitability. Jaimine, who previously worked at DRK from 2007 to 2015, brings a wealth of real estate experience to the company. She has overseen transactions involving the asset management, sales, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties while executing initiatives to promote and support company growth, global planning, new business start-ups, and company branding. In her time at DRK, Jaimine consistently maintained a 96% tenant occupancy rate while increasing outside listings by 83%. Jaimine's recent real estate expertise in Columbus includes working as first vice president of Colliers Healthcare Real Estate Group. There, she directed the real estate strategy and operations to provide consultative services for healthcare systems and service providers in Ohio and on a national platform. She also served as senior vice president of commercial real estate at Huntington National Bank. She developed strategies to enhance the real estate portfolio comprised of $10 billion in office, retail, land out parcel, and warehouse properties.

Jeremy Rohrbaugh

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jeremy began his career in the Horticultural industry in 1998. He then transitioned into commercial property management in 2007 and secured a position at one of the Midwest's premier retail, dining and entertainment destinations. He eventually entered management, where he developed his diverse set of technical, mechanical and leadership skills. For the next 14 years, Jeremy built on his experience in commercial management, developing strong client relations by providing above-and-beyond service, consistently meeting budget goals, maintaining assets, and taking on new ones. Prior to joining our team, Jeremy's titles included Property Manager, Assistant Facility Manager and Manager of Preventive Maintenance. Jeremy is also an active volunteer at the Manna Café in downtown Columbus, where he helps prepare meals for over 100 people in need every month. He also enjoys gardening and exploring the great outdoors.

Jim Bain

Jim Bain works for Donald R. Kenney & Company Realty where he is responsible for the marketing, leasing and sales of the industrial and office portfolio. Prior to joining DRK, Jim worked in the residential homebuilding industry in new home sales and finance for Manor Homes and Developer's Mortgage. He also has designed, built and sold custom homes in Dublin and Powell. Jim is a licensed Realtor® and is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors, where he has served on the Board as the Chair of the Facilities Committee. Jim has also been welcomed into the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR). He is one of over 3,300 SIOR Designees worldwide. He graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in History. Jim resides in Granville with his wife and three children.

John Gjamov

John Gjamov joined DRK & Company in 2001 as a Commercial Leasing and Sales Agent where he focused on office, warehouse and flex property leasing and sales. John transitioned to the Investment Sales Team in 2007. His current focus is on Multi-Family, Office investment sales and Land Acquisition. His professional goals are to provide excellent service putting the needs of his clients first and building lasting relationships from his service to others. John graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management. John is also a member of the Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR).

Kimberly Crockett

Before joining our team, Kimberly applied her skills in the healthcare industry for nearly a decade and a half. She served as a Patient Access Representative and a Patient Liaison for Nationwide Children's Hospital, and most recently as a Care Review Processor for Molina Healthcare. A resident of Columbus, Ohio, Kimberley is a graduate of Penn Foster College with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She's also a member of the American Health Information Management Association. Outside of work, Kimberly loves to watch the sun rise on her patio with a fresh cup of coffee. She's also active in her community, where she's active in her church, participates in her hometown's yearly breast cancer walk, and exercises her love of golf during the annual Wedge Golf Club tournament.

Paul Schadek

Perry Smith

Perry Smith works for DRK & Company as a commercial leasing and sales professional. A central Ohio native, Perry received his B.A. from Ohio University where he majored in finance while also taking classes in real estate. Before transitioning to the commercial leasing and sales team Perry held the position of Assistant Property Manager for Triangle Commercial Properties LLC, containing a portfolio of 3,000,000 SF of office, flex, retail and industrial space under management. Perry's focus is on the representation of buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants in all fields of commercial real estate around the Central Ohio area. He is a licensed Realtor, and a member of both NAIOP Developing Leaders and CCIIR.

While Mr. Giller has been CEO, the company has reduced labor costs by 47 percent and increased its cash flow by 350 percent. Mr. Giller oversees a budget of $350 million and manages assets in excess of $1.5 billion. During his tenure as investment sales manager, his team has sold more than $2.1 billion in commercial and multi-family real estate. In addition to his role with Metro, Mr. Giller also oversees the management and operations of Village Communities, Triangle Commercial Management, American Power and Light and Columbus & Central Ohio Systems.
