It is important to participate now in the current Quality Program in preparation for upcoming improvements in quality of patient care... We can expect the workflow of manually entering SOAP notes into an EHR will be replaced by speech recognition combined with AI and Expert or Knowledge-based systems that will analyze in real-time the patient information... These knowledge-based systems will keep remembering and therefore continue to learn then update the medical information, prognosis, about each individual patient.
