DENTISTRY - Key Persons

Dr. Horak attended Minnesota State University and Central Connecticut State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Biomolecular Science with honors. It was at the Central Connecticut State University that he met his wife and best friend, Amanda, to whom he has been married to since 2012. Dr. Horak completed his degree of Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D) with honors from The University of Connecticut in Farmington, Connecticut. Following dental school, he completed a rigorous residency program in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Florida. Dr. Horak completed additional training at both the prestigious Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study and at the Implant Educators comprehensive dental implant continuum. With the constantly evolving field of dentistry, his focus is on education, innovation and advancing his skill development to provide the highest quality dental care to his patients. Our comprehensive dental approach is carefully crafted to treat all levels of oral healthcare in order to provide you the care and the commitment that you deserve. Dr. Holbrook received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University and his dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After graduation, he went on to complete a rigorous two-year advanced general dentistry residency at the University of Florida. During his residency, Dr. Holbrook completed additional training at both the prestigious Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study and at the Implant Educators comprehensive dental implant continuum. Currently, he is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Florida AEGD Residency program.
