ForageScape Farm, LLC is located south of Mille Lacs Lake in Central Minnesota. We are a family farm producing pasture-raised Non-GMO pork, chicken, turkey and eggs, as well as 100% grass-fed beef and lamb... Our goal in starting ForageScape farm in 2016 was to provide meats that resonate our philosophy of feeling good about what you eat. Meat should taste good and it should taste like the land itself. It should come from animals that were raised in a respectful fashion. And it should be done in a way that attempts to steward the land as much as is possible. We raise all of our animals outdoors (with the exception of our laying hens, which we move inside a high tunnel greenhouse in winter) and we manage our pastures by moving our animals frequently so that they build soil, rather than deplete it... In the spring of 2020 all of our pastures were Certified Organic by MOSA. We are also a Minnesota Water Quality Certified farm with additional endorsements in Soil Health and Wildlife-..
