Brooke M. Wolf

Dr. Brooke Wolf is a psychiatrist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology who has years of experience in treating patients suffering from mental disorders. She specializes in psychopharmacology and psychodynamic psychotherapy to treat adults who deal with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. She has developed a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed social workers, and licensed clinical counselors, who often work collaboratively to help individuals, couples, and families cope better with their challenges and improve their relationships. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, Dr. Wolf trained on both coasts before returning to her hometown to practice. She attended Yale University Medical School, then completed her medical degree at Temple University Medical School. She did her internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, then her psychiatric residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. She served as a consultant to the juvenile court in Los Angeles, then returned to Cleveland where she worked in the outpatient department of Metro General Hospital, at the Geauga County Mental Health Center, and as a consultant at Geauga Hospital before beginning her private practice. Dr. Wolf is currently Director of Psychiatry at Hillcrest Hospital. She is a past president of the Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Association where she currently serves as Practice Committee Chairman. She is a member of the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and Northern Ohio and of the Ohio State Medical Association, where she has been an advocate for better treatment of patients and physicians by health insurance companies. She is a member of the Executive Committee of Doctors Organized for Healthcare Solutions, a group of physicians advocating for meaningful healthcare reform.

Diane L. Wetzig

Diane L. Wetzig, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist. Her extensive experience includes in-hospital clinical work and program development as Chief of Psychology for University Hospitals:Laurelwood Hospital. Dr. Wetzig focuses on Evidence-Based-Therapies such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and was Clinical Director of a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic featuring this modality for the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders as well as chemical dependency and other activity addictions. She has provided consultation and supervision to adolescent and adult mental health and chemical dependency programs. Dr. Wetzig served on the Cleveland Psychological Association Board of Directors and has worked on several other non-profit boards. She particularly enjoys working with teens and adults.

Dr. Talla Azem

Dr. Talla Azem is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Ohio with a diverse range of experience and subspecialty training in child psychology. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Case Western Reserve University and obtained her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois in 2017. Dr. Azem has specialized training in treating children, adolescents, young adults, and families in hospital, residential, therapeutic day school, community mental health, and private practice settings. She utilizes an evidenced based approach called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), however strives to incorporate other psychological techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual in her care. She treats a wide array of problems, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, and postpartum anxiety and depression. She also holds a special interest in treating body image issues and has previously developed a program to address and prevent body image issues in adolescents undergoing various types of cancer treatment for her doctoral dissertation. She sees clients both virtually and in-person in Beachwood, Ohio and has availability virtually for all PsyPact participating states. Dr. Azem maintains a professional membership with both the American Psychological Association and the Ohio Psychological Association. Dr. Azem recognizes that asking for help can be difficult to do. She strives to provide a warm and empathetic approach and believes a collaborative therapeutic relationship is critical for earning each client's trust. She understands each individual is unique, and does her best to ensure a therapeutic environment that accommodates to the different ways that people view the world and cope with life stressors.
