Having served as academic and corporate research professional for more than 10 years he devoted his energies for promotion and development of basic human rights. He is an active voice of equality, justice, fairness, participation and excellence in all spheres of society.
He has thorough capabilities in General Management, Organizational Training and Development, Managing Change, developing, and implementing strategies for institutional capacity building and human resource development. He has been engaged in several national and international campaigns for poverty alleviation, up-gradation of rural areas, rehabilitation activities, internet freedom, freedom of expression, and global issues of governance. His scholarly work has been appreciated and published in world renowned journals. He is an active blog writer for promoting global peace and harmony.
His vision as a Director of Global Illuminators is to provide a quality research platform for civil society organizations across the globe which can be used to strengthen the global initiatives to preserve and promote basic human rights of equality, justice, participation and access to knowledge. He is eager to join hands with civil society institutions and to help them achieve their goals through a quality research support by Global Illuminators. Dr. Wanigasooriya started her academic career as a Lecturer in 2003. She earned her Master of Social Sciences Degree in Library and Information Science in 2009 from University of Kelaniya and subsequently promoted to the post of Senior Lecturer in 2010 in the same institute in Sri Lanka. She has completed her PhD in same field of study in 2017 from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China. She has secured various research grants, funded nationally and internationally. She has published more than 30 research articles in the national and international journals. She has presented her research findings in the international conferences in different countries in the world as well. Not only her exceled in research works, her postgraduate supervision is also excellent. Nevertheless, she has also been appointed as a consultant for national level projects in Sri Lanka. Her research interests include Bibliographic control, Information Management and Knowledge Management, Cataloguing ,Library Service quality ,Library buildings , Online Public Access Catalogue and Library Automation.
Dr. Renan P. Limjuco an active lecturer in physics and math education, is an accomplished professor handling Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, and Research. He is a Chemical Engineer who choose to be an educator by virtue of his Master of Science in Mathematics. He is the former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences of Davao Doctors College where he taught Mathematics and Sciences for 14 years. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration with High Distinction at the Ateneo de Davao University in March 2001. He has been a recipient of the research grants of San Pedro College in the field of instructional design and technology. Currently, he is the Director of Research, Publication, and Innovation Center (RPIC) of the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC), Davao City, Philippines and also the Chair of the UIC Research Ethics Committee (REC). He is the former Chair of the Research Committees of Davao Colleges and Universities Network, Inc. (DACUN) for Academic Years 2013-2015. He is also an active member of Region XI Regional Health Research and Development Consortium (RHRDC) Research Information and Utilization Committee (RIUC). In 2014, he worked as the Research Project Leader for Davao Association of Catholic Schools (DACS) collaboration with the Department of Education Region XI (DepEd XI) titled Readiness on K to 12: Basis for the Development of a Strategic Plan for the Implementers and other Stakeholders in Region XI. He has been a committed researcher, research journal editor, and speaker/lecturer consistently being invited by several universities and colleges in southern part of the Philippines. He is an active member of Global Illuminators family and playing a vital role in research community development across the globe.
