The critical phase is the time between the modules when the paticipants need to practice and implement the skills acquired in the course at the workplace. is will ensure that a change in behavior actually occurs. In order to support the participants in this critical phase, learning partnerships (buddies) are formed so that the participants can coach and support each other... The virtual coaching that I conduct with every participant in between the modules is a key element to ensure that the skills learned in the training are implemented effectively in the workplace.
