Yıldız Company is founded in 1940 by Hacı Kadir Başaranhıncal and and begin with the production of threshing brick and grooved brick. In 1950 , it began to the production of Marsilya Brick by the name of Yıldız Kiremit. In year 1965 block brick production began with the second machinery group and Italian type oven. Yeni Yıldız Brick factory was added in 1970 to the company and so the production capacity has increased. With Başaran Powder factory , the company began to get active in food industry in 1988. The sifted soil facility was founde in 1997. .
