This dude answered his phone every time I called, and answered all my questions even before I decided to use his services. I told him exactly what I wanted - an inspection on a house I was already renting but going to purchase. I told him I knew the day to day stuff of the house since I live there, but I wanted someone to come let me know what I would potentially be in for down the road, and to check the stuff I don't know that I don't know. I was on a really short deadline, and he found time to fit me into his schedule just a few days later.He came out, he brought his ladder, and was super friendly and professional. He didn't take up too much of my time, but kept me involved in the process. He gave me his thoughts while he was working, told me what I should prioritize first and what I could put off til later, and made it very approachable for me, a new homeowner. He answered all my questions honestly and I really felt confident in his evaluation of the house. I trust everything he said about the house because he made it feel very much like he was looking out for me as a new homeowner, not just coming to the house to do a job and head off to the next appointment. If I ever need a home inspection again, I will 100% be using the Frizz. read less
