Alexander Westrup - COO

Alexander Westrup has for over 15 years worked within communications and marketing and his experience extends over many different industries, both B2B and B2C. At Rud Pedersen Communiations, Alexander serves as Chief Operating Officer and oversees operations and day-to-day activities to ensure agency efficiency and success. Alexander has previous experience both from a client and agency perspective, and before joining King Street he worked as a Nordic Marketing Manager. Previous titles also include PR Advisor, Client Director and Communications Manager.

Andreas Krohn - CEO

Andreas specializes in communications strategy, crisis communications and thinking outside the box. Andreas has previously worked as vice president of PR and Communications at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and as press officer for the Moderate Party in the Swedish Parliament. Andreas has previously within the Rud Pedersen Group been Managing Partner of Rud Pedersen Sweden, Managing Partner of RPP Sweden and Group Baltic Vice President.

Carl-Fredrik Jaensson

Carl-Fredrik Jaensson has 30 years of experience in the public communication fields. For more than 20 years (1998-2020), he worked as a co-owner, partner and senior consultant at Prime Weber Shandwick, the world's most award-winning public relations firm in the 2010s. Carl-Fredrik's assignments include corporate story-telling, message training, strategic and creative workshops, crisis management, investor relations, media relations and senior copywriting. His record of clients include Riksbanken, Alecta, Nasdaq, Intrum, Card Payment Sweden, Yabie, Nordea Markets, Vårdföretagarna, Myndigheten för Yrkeshögskolan, TRR Trygghetsrådet and Svensk Mjölk (incl. the textbook-referenced Swedish Caffè Latte campaign from the beginning of 2000s). 2021-2023 he was a sponsor of the Swedish spac investment company APAC, where he also acted as Head of Communications.

Cassandra Lundgren

Cassandra is skilled in strategic communications, governmental affairs, and reputation management. She has a background in communication from the European Parliament in Brussels, covering a variety of policy areas, such as environment, fisheries, public health, and food safety. Before joining Rud Pedersen Communications, Cassandra worked in the Swedish parliament with both policy and communication, which included decision-making and legislation, media relations, and social media. At Rud Pedersen Communications, Cassandra works with both Swedish and international clients in all fields, but Cassandra specializes in tech and healthcare. Her work includes strategy, media relations, and production and Cassandra has extensive experience in project management.

Christer Lundin

Christer Lundin's CV includes positions as communications director, marketing manager and senior advisor. His experience from a number of different companies that have undergone major changes has given him extensive experience both of using corporate communications to reinforce a company's market position and of communication strategies relating to change and crisis. Christer also has extensive experience in media relations and the use of digital communication channels as a central pillar in overall corporate communication work.

Dora Streiffert Tolstoy

Dora has extensive experience in communication and business management. She has previously worked as a consultant in several acclaimed agencies, both in Sweden and abroad, for nearly 20 years. She also held the role as head of communications in the investment industry for five years before joining Rud Pedersen. Dora's key competences are corporate and financial communication, media relations, crisis management, brand building, public opinion and change management. She has a deep understanding of communication as a business-critical tool, having led several complex processes across diverse industries including finance, media, energy, food & beverage, retail, mobility, and real estate. Dora holds a degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and has also studied at Lund University. She holds a diploma in disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School Online and has been a lecturer and course leader in communication at Berghs School of Communications.

Emma Broberg

Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Karlstad University, with additional studies in Political Science and Practical Philosophy. Her degree is specialized in Digital Media and Data Analysis. As part of her education and thesis, she conducted an in-depth study of current online marketing trends. Emma has previous experience working as a Web Developer and Copywriter. As such, she is not only skilled in Copywriting, but also in Design and Graphics. In addition, she has a background in the youth organization of the Moderate Party, where she worked on political campaigns and communication.

Emmy Henriksson

Emmy has previous experience from the agency side, working as a PR- and Public Affairs consultant - advicing predominantly international clients in various industries such as tech, food and beverage and life science. She also works with communications and member care within the Social Democrats and has experience from - and a great interest in, the non-profit sector, having worked with event management for the Swedish Development Forum among others. At Rud Pedersen Communications she works as a PR and communications consultant. Emmy holds a beachelor´s degree in communications and political science from Stockholm University with complementary courses in media production and project management.

Erik Sollenberg - Chairman

Erik Sollenberg holds a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University. In total Erik has 25 years of experience in leading organizations. For 14 years Erik was CEO of Forsman & Bodenfors, the leading advertising agency in Scandinavia. Under the leadership of Erik, Forsman & Bodenfors was ranked the number one creative agency in the world in 2014. During his professional career, Erik has worked with several major brands like Volvo, IKEA, Tele2, Telia, Arla, Oatly, Swedbank, If, American Airlines, Infiniti, Amazon, Hotels.com, etc. Today Erik is also a member of the Board for Rud Pedersen Group where he also acts as a Senior Advisor. Since May 2022 Erik is a member of the board for Nudie Jeans. Erik has a broad experience from being on multiple boards. He has among other assignments served on the Nomination Committee for The West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of the West Sweden Regional Advisory Board for Swedbank.

Hanna Axelsson

Hanna has a broad experience from both internal- and external communication, strategic marketing and branding, sustainability and CSR-activities from a number of industries. She is specialized in value creating communication, proactive and reactive PR, and holds a number of award winning campaigns within CSR, PR and branding. She is an expert in crisis communications and issues management from her former roles as communications consultant and Communications- and marketing manager in the insurance industry. Hanna has a Master of Science in Business and Economics, specialized in international marketing. Over the years she has also been a lecturer on integrated communications at various occations, for example Sveriges Annonsörer and Berghs School of Communications.

Malou Rönnmark

Malou has great experience from/speciality in multinational brands, legalized and crisis communication on an international level. Rebecka Norman

Sara Cederlöf Löfqvist
