Kristina brings a unique mix of international business, creative agency and people management experience to her role as coach, facilitator and mentor. Before embarking on a career in coaching through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), she enjoyed a successful international career in branding and advertising. Having navigated her own high intensity career including chapters of burnout, Kristina is a self- confessed wellbeing advocate and knows resilience and emotional intelligence as critical to effective leadership and success... As well as running her own practice, Kristina is an Associate and senior coach for Lever - Transfer of Learning, alongside her Associate Partnerships with Western Sydney University and Monash Business School.
