Joan is a graduate of Siena Heights College in 1969 with a BS degree. She was a math educator, at the Junior High level for 17 years, in Holland, Mattawan and the Detroit area. Joan worked for Frank Pawli & Co for 12 years and now has been at Latchaw & Kilgore, CPA PC for close to 21 years. When she is not working she enjoys reading, working crossword puzzles, and watching sports. She lives in Charlotte with her husband Fred and they have three grown children.

With over 25 years of public accounting experience, Len has experience in virtually all types of industries. He provides many specialized services including financial statement preparation, comprehensive tax, accounting and consulting services to the firm's clients. In his spare time, Len enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and playing/watching sports.
Marty has over 30 years experience in the financial sector. He specializes in business, personal and estate planning. Marty leverages tax strategies to promote business and personal tax planning to help his clients achieve their goals. Marty graduated from Michigan State University in 1980 with a BA in Accounting.
