Dr. Rose graduated medical school from the University of Illinois - Chicago. He held an internship at Cook County Hospitals and did his residency at the University of Illinois Hospitals, both in the Chicago area. Following residency, he worked at an urgent care facility and practiced medicine in the areas of oncology and hematology for over 33 years in the Chicago area. In addition to the work he does for Magnolia Medical Group, Dr. Rose also works with Denver area correctional facilities providing medical care.

Elizabeth Baldwin, MPH, has over six years of healthcare and laboratory experience, with three of those years specifically in addiction rehabilitation laboratories. She started her career in laboratory sciences right after she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in numerous laboratory settings and roles including clinical chemistry, toxicology, immunology, and quality assurance. As Magnolia Medical Group's Laboratory Manager, Liz is dedicated to providing high quality and accurate test results that aid in the treatment for those in recovery.
Originally from Virginia, Liz moved to Colorado in 2021. She enjoys hiking (especially in the snow!), running, cooking new recipes, and reading. Liz and her husband have an affinity for cats and currently have three of their own, while also fostering more. Liz has also obtained her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan.

Kristyn Kulick, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Magnolia Medical Group, with locations in Denver and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, before moving to Colorado.
Kristyn's dedication to helping her patients is clear from her diverse specialties: She is experienced in family medicine, pain management, and addiction medicine. She takes a holistic, personalized approach to medicine, getting to know them as individuals and working to understand their symptoms as a part of a whole person to be treated. Her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others makes her an outstanding addition to the team at Magnolia Medical Group.
When she isn't working, Kristyn can be found participating in Colorado's thriving outdoor culture. She loves to snowboard, hike, and enjoy nature. She also prioritizes quality time with her family, friends, and pets.
Melanie is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Master of Science in professional counseling and a Master of Science in addiction counseling. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Grand Canyon University.
Melanie has had the opportunity to work with individuals ranging in age from adolescents to adults. She has provided services in outpatient, inpatient, crisis management, nonprofit, and private practice settings. Her focus is trauma and addiction, for which she utilizes EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and AccuDetox. Melanie is also trained to facilitate DUI classes using Driving With Care and the Change Company curriculums. Melanie is a member of several professional organizations which provide her with continuing education and professional development.
Melanie believes everyone is capable of change, and she wants to provide a safe space for her clients to explore the possibilities. In her spare time, she loves to hike, bike, camp, snowboard, and learn photography. She spends time with her family and friends and loves walking her fur-baby Milo!

Magnolia Medical's Peer Support Specialist. Sam started at Magnolia in September 2021 as a front office and admission representative, then advanced into a Medical Assistant position. Through hard work and dedication, she has completed the Peer Support Professional Certification through the Colorado Mental Wellness Network. Sam uses her lived experience with addiction by transforming it into a powerful tool to help others in their recovery journey. In her free time, Sam enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her three dogs and fiance. Sam sees clients Monday through Friday for individual peer support appointments. She also runs the two weekly Peer Support Groups. Fun fact: Sam loves dinosaurs and chips.

Susie has overseen Magnolia's billing department as Revenue Cycle Manager since 2021. She has been working in the medical field for over 30 years and has spent over 15 years managing billing and revenue staff. She is passionate about her work in the medical field and thrives on helping others.She moved to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2019 from Florida, where she spent the majority of her life raising her three grown children and four grandkids. In her free time she enjoys playing pool, spending time with her grandkids, and shopping.

Val is a Colorado Native who lives with her husband and their two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and most other outdoor activities. She is also an avid reader, so if you ever need a good book recommendation, she's your girl! Val attended Colorado State University to complete a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
