Caroline Copeman - Managing Director

Caroline's business passion is innovation and entrepreneurship. She has worked extensively in the food and beverage, life sciences, technology and professional services sectors. Areas of expertise include corporate strategy, business planning, business expansion, sales and business development, and market entry strategy. As an entrepreneur and business owner, Caroline has hands-on experience with business growth and success, including strategy development, shareholder management, debt, equity and government grant financing, M&A strategy and execution, and market development, Active in her community in a variety of roles focusing on innovation, Caroline is currently a mentor for business owners in the food and beverage sector. Caroline is an experienced executive and board director and can provide interim board and management services for businesses.

Cindy Wilson - Managing Director

Cindy has 20 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory across various industries, including technology, healthcare, food and beverage, hospitality and consumer products. She has worked with businesses of all sizes to provide advice and hands on assistance with growth strategies, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising (debt and equity), valuations and succession/transition planning. An entrepreneur herself, Cindy has a particular appreciation for the challenges and opportunities facing business owners. She combines her depth of understanding, breadth of relationships with operators, lenders and investors, together with her diverse experience to help business owners develop creative solutions to achieve their goals.

Evan Lipton

For more than two decades, Evan Lipton has been providing corporate finance and M&A advisory services to entrepreneurial mid-market companies in a broad range of industries including: manufacturing; construction services; transportation and logistics; infrastructure rehabilitation; software; franchising; real estate and financial services. His wide breadth of engagement experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, equity raises, commercial lending, alternative lending, private equity transactions and distressed situations. Evan holds a MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a JD from the University of Southern California and is called to the California Bar.

Kevin Skells

Kevin has taken his years of experiences and lessons learned at all stages of his career and combined them to provide assistance to businesses in and around the area of finance and accounting. Kevin earned his Chartered Accountant designation at a small accounting firm and quickly made the jump to an industrial service company where he honed his finance and management skills to allow that family owned business increase its turnover by 500%, both through organic growth and corporate merger. Since then, he has gained further experiences at roles of ever-increasing seniority at a publicly traded firm, a half billion dollar privately held conglomerate, and also as the CFO of an exempt market dealer in the asset based lending arena. Currently, Kevin provides a variety of financial and accounting services to his clients to help them to succeed, and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to make this happen.

Michele Middlemore - Managing Director

Michele has over 20 years of M&A and corporate finance experience in a variety of industries. She works primarily with mid-market businesses providing advice and hands on assistance with growth strategies, valuation, raising debt and equity capital, acquisitions, divestitures and succession/transition planning. In addition to her extensive advisory experience, Michele also headed the acquisitions department of a large Canadian corporation where she was responsible for the identification and execution of strategic acquisitions nationally as well as the planning and management of post-merger integration activities.
