Our goal is to arrive at a design that is sensitive to the site context and regional vernacular, while creating a sense of place. Although many of our recent projects exhibit a Craftsman style, we feel comfortable arriving at a functional and responsible design solution for our client's unique project goals, with whatever aesthetic is most appropriate. Camp Branch Construction and Contecture facilitate small development and construction projects and provide construction management services... We are a small design-oriented firm with a variety of projects throughout western North Carolina and the upstate of South Carolina, including custom homes, multi-family, health care, retail, bed & breakfasts, clubhouses, and offices. We also assist in the planning of mixed-use communities, including road and lot layout, design guidelines, entrance features and overall architectural character. We have assisted in the development of Cheshire Village, Creston, Acadia, Altura, and Eastwood Village.
