Alexander Dinter

Alexander Dinter spent his childhood in his family's South German salon to progress to the international catwalks of Paris and Berlin, and is now one of the Germany's most respected hairdressers. After completing his apprenticeship, he travelled to London to continue his training at Vidal Sassoon before returning to work for Sassoon in Hamburg. Six years later he went freelance and established his own training programme, before joining Aveda as Creative Director and travelling extensively for the company throughout Europe and the US for shows, shoots and collections. Nine years, Alexander joined La Biosthetique as International Creative Director, working with the company on shows and collections. Alexander is instrumental in styling product development and promoting the brand throughout Europe. His busy schedule still includes editorial shoots for many of Europe's major fashion magazines and he's a regular lead stylist at shows in Berlin and Paris Fashion Weeks. Alexander has won the prestigious German Hairdresser of the Year award twice and also cut the hair for Andreas Kurkowitz's award as German Colourist of the Year.

Andrea Bennett

La Biosthetique creative Colour Director Andrea Bennett has previously worked as an educator with Vidal Sassoon and Aveda. Andrea works closely with La Biosthetique's International Creative Director Alexander Dinter. Austrian born Andrea Bennett began her career in hairdressing as an apprentice before joining the renowned Salon Grecht in Vienna. As her experience grew, Andrea joined the Artistic Team and regularly partook in shoots and international hair shows. Her dedication to her craft brought her frequently to London for courses at Vidal Sassoon, until she had the opportunity to work in South Beach, Miami as a hairstylist and make-up assistant working on editorial and advertising photo shoots. Upon returning to Europe, Andrea joined Vidal Sassoon in Hamburg, training under Peter Dawson as a colourist. She quickly began giving seminars in the academy, while still working in the salon until Alexander Dinter invited her to join him as a freelance educator and his lead colourist. This gave Andrea the opportunity to work with some of the largest brands and product houses, working at shows and on collections across Europe. Andrea spent nine years with Aveda, first as technical educator, again leading seminars, performing before audiences at international shows and developing collections and photographic shoots before achieving the position of Hair Colour Development Manager. Following her successful career with Aveda, Andrea again teamed up with Alexander, this time as Creative Colour Director for La Biosthetique, for which she is responsible for driving the colour business for the brand and showcasing the young colour range across Europe.

Callam Warrington was a major figure at Vidal Sassoon from 1991 - 2006, appointed as Creative Director in Leeds, South Molten Street and then at the Advanced Academy. He was fortunate enough to travel Asia with Vidal himself in Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, working on the $200 million dollar business of trend reporting. He has participated in over twenty individual hair commercials for Vidal Sassoon all over the world. Charmaine Piche

Charmaine Piche comes from an artistic and creative background - her mother was a dancer in the Japanese Ballet, and her father is the respected sculptor and teacher Roland Piche, who worked with Henry Moore and has had many successful solo shows. She chose hairdressing as a suitable career and trained on the old Youth Training Scheme for three years before moving on to study at Vidal Sassoon. During her fifteen years with the company she travelled extensively doing shows, workshops and seminars and taught for seven years, eventually becoming Head of Department at the Beverly Hills branch. She started Saco with Richard Ashforth. As Creative Director she constantly focused on developing new ideas and growing the business as well as to travelling to shows in Paris, London and Brazil. Charmaine also collaborated with Richard on the annual collections and DVD series. Charmaine is now a Colour Ambassador for Affinage and a freelance technician based in central London where she runs private colour courses from the salon Simplicity Remastered. Graham Oglesby

Hester Wernert-Rijn
