In 2003 Misty founded Advena Artemis LLC where she used her sales and marketing background coupled with her operations and process optimization experience to provide management consulting services across multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, upstream, midstream and downstream energy, financial services, and transportation. After several years consulting with clients in each of these sectors, Misty repeatedly observed the challenges associated with major organizational change whether it be from a new sales process, new software implementations, or mergers and acquisitions.
