Justin Day

Justin's passion for real estate, his clients and his team is contagious. He realizes that everyone's real estate journey is uniquely different. This drives him to focus on asking the right questions, understanding his client's needs and helping formulate a plan that makes the most sense for each individual client. He enjoys working with people at all stages of their real estate journey. Whether you are a first time home buyer, retiree looking to downsize or someone focused on making an upgrade from their existing home, Justin has the knowledge and expertise to help make your dreams a reality. He is also devoted to being a leader and resource for all of the Wagner Real Estate Group team members. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Justin has called the Seattle area home since 2008. His wife and 2 wonderful boys live in Kenmore at Inglewood Golf Club but have also lived in South Lake Union, Wedgwood and West Seattle. When he is not helping his client's he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it is golfing, hiking, hanging out with friends or chasing after his active boys.

Kirsten Ugalde

Kirsten is bringing her years of customer service and business development, co-managing a territory covering over 300 accounts to the real estate industry to support the Wagner Real Estate Team agents and our valued clients in the home selling and purchasing journey! Prior to working for the Wagner Real Estate Group, Kirsten worked in sales and business development for several years. Her sales journey started years ago at a cruise line, where she gradually advanced to a business development representative, co-managing a territory as part of a two-person team covering over 300 travel agency accounts. There, she nurtured and grew the team's business accounts' revenue by assisting the accounts with promoting and marketing the cruise line and going the extra mile to provide the team's accounts with high levels of customer service. Kirsten moved on and landed at a nonprofit video game development technical college for several years. She coordinated the admissions department and played a key role with her valuable team members yearly, increasing the college's enrollment. Kirsten has always had a passion for the real estate industry and is excited to be a part of the Wagner Real Estate Group to support a team of savvy and collaborative agents who love what they do! Kirsten enjoys listening to people's stories & experiences and learning more about others, especially discovering unexpected commonalities & talking about real estate! During her off-time, Kirsten enjoys traveling and getting together with family.

Matt Michel

Born and raised in Washington, Matt has chosen to stay here; live, work, and play here. He knows and loves the Pacific Northwest. Ask him about your down payment, the appraisal, escalation clauses, DOM, 35R, 22B, 22EF...yea, that stuff can get pretty confusing, but that's why he's here! With his degree in Marketing, and being surrounded by one of the best teams in Washington, Matt will make sure you get the best price on your current, and future home.
