Robert is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Premier. Robert has more than 30 years of experience owning, managing and developing multi-family apartment buildings and condominium associations. He is also the owner and founder of Premier Property Solutions LLC which currently manages more than 3500 units. The former Mayor of Boston, Marty Walsh, appointed Robert as a member to the Back Bay Architectural Commission. He is also a long-standing Board member for the Huntington Avenue Chapter of the YMCA (formerly its Chairman), the Newbury Street League and Artist For Humanity. Robert has a business degree from Boston University, and is a licensed general contractor, a certified manager of community associations, an association management specialist, and a real estate broker and developer. Rob has written numerous property management articles which have appeared in several New England newspapers and real estate journals, and he has also appeared as a speaker at numerous real estate conferences.

Russ is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Premier. He is an experienced manager and owner of large multi-family apartment buildings/complexes, with a strong record for identifying hidden value and repositioning properties to create significant value and investor returns. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of physical plant management and landlord tenant issues. Russ is a graduate of Syracuse Law School (magna cum laude) and is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. He has represented clients on various real estate and corporate matters, including real estate acquisitions and financings. Prior to joining Premier, Russ was a law partner in the Boston office of Riemer & Braunstein LLP and before that he was an associate in the New York and Boston offices of Proskauer Rose LLP. He was a long-standing Board member for Families First Parenting Programs (formerly its Treasure) and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Emanuel in Newton MA. He resides in Brookline Massachusetts with his wife and 15-year-old daughter.

Sean is the Director of Southeast Operations. He is an active real estate investor, experienced in evaluating, purchasing, financing, and operating multi-family properties. Although Sean supports Premier in all its ongoing transactions, his primary focus is on the analysis and acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings throughout the Southeastern region of the U.S. Sunbelt (including North Carolina, Florida, and Texas). Sean is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center (top 10 percent), and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. He has significant experience in the areas of contract, compliance, and real estate law. Sean was raised in North Carolina and is a long-time resident of Florida, where his family still maintains a home, and he currently lives in Framingham, Massachusetts with his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
