RAINBOW

Rainbow is an independent, family-run nursery. We are not part of a chain which allows us to be individual and to make decisions purely based on our requirements, not on those of the rest of the chain... Rainbow opened in 1990 and since then we have successfully cared for hundreds (maybe thousands!) of Lymm's children. We have always applied a set of core principles to what we do which have remained the same since we first started... Every nursery business must make choices on how it best deploys it's resources. At Rainbow we choose to always err on the side of caution as opposed to running to strict staff/child ratios. This promotes greater staff longevity and happiness and also means that if customers require extra sessions at short notice, we are better able to assist them.
