As ProMach's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Moeder leads the company's financial strategy for long-term profitability and provides financial guidance to support continued growth. He also oversees the company-wide accounting, tax, treasury, real estate, and risk management functions. Along with other members of senior management, Mr. Moeder is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as a leader in packaging value for its customers. Mr. Moeder has earned a reputation for strong financial leadership, including during his tenure with ProMach in various financial roles. Mr. Moeder joined ProMach in 2012 from global publishing company Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where he served in FP&A and Internal Audit leadership roles. Mr. Moeder started his career providing accounting and auditing consulting services with Grant Thornton. Mr. Moeder earned his B.S. in Accounting / Finance and his M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As ProMach's President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Anderson provides strategic leadership for ProMach and manages all corporate and board functions. He also guides ProMach's initiatives for acquisitions, helping deliver long-term growth to the organization. Along with other members of the senior management team, Mr. Anderson is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as the leader in packaging machinery value for its customers. Before joining ProMach Mr. Anderson served as Vice President and General Manager of Tyler Refrigeration, a division of Carrier Corporation. At Tyler, he was instrumental in rapidly increasing sales over a three year period and continually improving operations through lean manufacturing processes. Before that he served as Vice President, Operations for Cooper Crouse-Hinds, a leading provider of commercial electrical products. Mr. Anderson began his career as a Manufacturing and Systems engineer at Caterpillar, Inc. and has held several senior engineering and management positions in the electrical products and switchgear industries. Mr. Anderson earned his M.B.A and Masters in Manufacturing degrees from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Anderson is currently the Immediate Past Chairperson on the Board of Directors for PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.

As ProMach's Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Mohan directs the company's strategic plans, including leadership and organizational development, to support continued growth. He also oversees the human resources, information technology, administrative, and legal functions. Along with other members of senior management, Mr. Mohan is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as a leader in packaging value for its customers. With almost 30 years of experience in manufacturing and financial services organizations during his career, Mr. Mohan has successfully led the human resources function for multiple global organizations. Before joining ProMach, he held multiple Human Resource management positions for Milacron Inc. Most recently he was Global Director of Human Resources, where he led HR operations in North America, Asia, and Europe. Prior to Milacron Inc. he served in several Human Resources roles for Millenium Petrochemicals and Home Life Insurance Company. Mr. Mohan earned his J.D. Law from NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He earned his B.S. degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany. He holds a certificate in HR Management from Rutgers University. He received Six Sigma Black Belt training at Motorola University. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and serves on the Education & Workforce Development Committee for PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
