Anthony Pane - CFO

Anthony has a record of accomplishments in publicly traded and privately held companies across diverse industries, as well as Big 4 Accounting Firms. Anthony was the CFO at the Princeton Review and VP of Finance at Kaplan, both leading educational service providers. Anthony has also taken two companies through the IPO process. The first was as the Chief Financial Officer of Sybari Software, which was acquired by Microsoft just prior to going public, and the second was as the Head of Finance for FX Alliance, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters 6 months after going public. Anthony began his career in public accounting working for both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst &Young. Anthony holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany.

Brian Culbreth

Job Titles:

Brian brings 20+ years of experience as a sales leader in the K-12 industry. Prior to joining PresenceLearning, he was Vice President of K-12 Programs at The Princeton Review where he led a diverse team in the fight for equity and access by providing college admissions programming to at-risk populations at schools, foundations, colleges, and universities across the country. Brian also led one of the largest revenue producing teams at Sylvan Learning Centers where he was recognized as a National Director of the Year. Brian started his career as a licensed elementary teacher with a concentration in special education.

Brian Stephen - Chief Legal Officer

Brian Stephen has more than 20 years of experience providing advice and counsel to public and private companies and individuals across a range of industries. Prior to joining PresenceLearning, Brian was an in-house attorney with a private equity firm where he managed the legal affairs of businesses across diverse industries, including automotive, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and staffing. Previously, he was an Associate General Counsel with Kaplan, Inc., a global education company, and he began his career in private practice in New York City. Brian holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Cole Dudley

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Product
Cole has spent half his life working in product management, having started his first business, an ecommerce company, while still in high school. (It was acquired in 2003.) Prior to PresenceLearning, he spent four years as a product manager and Senior Director/General Manager at Gaia Interactive where he worked on web, social and mobile applications and managed the product, marketing, engineering, QA, customer service and creative teams. He also brings a personal understanding of the needs of students and clinicians, having received articulation therapy as a child. Cole holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Dara Rogoff

Dara Rogoff received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Emerson College. Her professional experience includes over 15 years as a pediatric speech-language pathologist in schools, hospitals, and private practice. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Child Language. Working with PresenceLearning since 2010, Dara currently serves as clinical Product Manager, leveraging her experience as a speech-language pathologist to develop our proprietary products and online therapy platform.

Jennifer Berry - COO

Job Titles:
  • Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer has nearly 30 years of management experience, focused primarily on strategic planning, HR and talent development, capacity building, business development, finance management, and operations. Prior to joining PresenceLearning, she served as COO of After-School All-Stars, a national nonprofit that supports free programming in under-resourced communities across the country. Previously, she was the COO of Quantum Learning Network, a leading K-12 professional development and student program organization. Jennifer was also a Vice President with SCORE! Educational Centers, Kaplan Test Prep, and Kaplan Bar Review. She began her career in retail, spending 15+ years with Gap Inc. Jennifer is currently pursuing her doctorate in Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern CA.

Kate Eberle Walker - CEO

has more than 20 years of experience leading, advising, acquiring and investing in education companies. Prior to leading PresenceLearning, Kate was CEO of The Princeton Review and its subsidiary Tutor.com, a leading provider of tutoring, test prep, and admissions services. Previously, she managed strategy and investments for Kaplan, Inc., a large and diversified global education company. Kate has served on several education-focused boards, including Rosetta Stone, a language and literacy company, and Prospect Schools, a charter school management organization that educates a racially and economically diverse student body. Kate began her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.

Kristin Martinez

Kristin Martinez received her M.A. in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has been a speech-language pathologist for 19 years. Kristin provided speech-language therapy to children in her local school district and in private practice before starting as a teletherapist with PresenceLearning in 2013. Kristin has served as a clinical manager and teletherapy subject matter expert with school districts across the country, and she presents on the topics of speech-language pathology and teletherapy nationwide.

Lana Ratcliff

Lana Ratcliff received an M.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Central Missouri. Lana's professional experience includes 12 years as a speech-language pathologist in schools, hospitals, and private practice in Kansas City, Missouri. As PresenceLearning's Director of Clinical Operations, Lana draws on her years of experience working directly with students and her deep understanding of client needs honed during her five years as a teletherapist and two years with the PresenceLearning Provider Relations team.

Louisa Balach

Louisa has over 20 years of experience driving profitability, growth, and new market expansion across industries, through the elevation of customer experiences, expanding lines of business, and innovating go-to-market strategies. Prior to PresenceLearning, Louisa held various leadership roles in General Management, Strategy and Marketing across a variety of organizations ranging from startups to mature, industry-leading firms. She designed and led the continued growth of Sonder into West Coast and Southwest markets, set a new strategic direction for Groupon's travel marketplace, launched global brands to diversify Hyatt Hotels' brand portfolio and built direct-to-consumer wellness platforms for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Louisa started her career as a consultant at Accenture and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Russ Greenspan - CTO

Russ brings 20 years of experience as an engineering leader and software architect for EdTech companies. He was the CTO at The Princeton Review, where he led product and engineering, created a culture of iterative software development, and built a digital learning platform powering all aspects of the business. Before that Russ led engineering at Tutor.com, from the company's inception, through multiple rounds of funding, and later to acquisition by IAC. During his tenure, Tutor.com delivered over 15 million live, on-demand homework help sessions, processed over one million tutor applicants, and deployed to thousands of public libraries, K12 schools, and higher ed clients. Russ holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.S. in computer science from the University of Illinois.

Shanelle Reese - CHRO

Shanelle carries a wide spectrum of experience building and transforming HR practices in start-ups, non-profits and corporations. Prior to PresenceLearning, she led HR Operations at Amerit Fleet Solutions before transitioning to an HR Project Manager role at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital of Oakland. Shanelle is passionate about advocating for children with special needs having advocated for her son who currently has an active IEP. Shanelle holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.S. in Human Resource Management.

Stephanie Taylor

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Director, Psychoeducational Services
received her Educational Specialist degree from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. She started her career in education as a high school English and Special Education teacher. After several years of teaching and seeing how much impact the school psychologist had on the whole student, she earned her degree in school psychology and began serving a wide variety of students, schools, and communities. After joining PresenceLearning in 2014, Stephanie leveraged her years of experience in education to develop and launch psychoeducational services, aimed at providing School Psychology Services, tele-assessment, and general Behavioral and Mental Health services to vastly underserved students.
