PSRICC

PSRICC was formed under the supervision of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) and is the first overseas "Silk Road" chamber of SRCIC. Under the leadership of its founding chairman, Amb. Francis Chua, who is concurrently the vice chairman and executive board member of SRCIC, the PSRICC was formed to coordinate with and carry out various activities between SRCIC and the Philippines, and to help facilitate investment and various projects within the region.
