Under the leadership of owners Steve and Randy Costa, the company became more focused on seed sales directly to growers in California's Salinas Valley and Central Valley. As business grew, the company hired additional field representatives to expand service to Bakersfield, the coastal regions, and the southern California and Arizona desert.
