Craig entered the wireless field nearly 20 years ago managing emergency service calls in the NYC market as project manager with a subcontractor. He gained a reputation as the go-to person performing every type of service call from RF, Electrical, General and HVAC High-Temp emergency. He moved to doing the same as an emplyee of the prime contractor until creating Reactive Construction Services 6 years ago providing preventative maintainance and emergency services on over 400 sites in Manhattan as well as construction services in the Philadelphia, NJ and NY markets.
