​Delicious food and events is in our blood! Red Ember Catering & Events is a family owned and run business with Anthony Barbera at the helm. Anthony has over 22 years in the hospitality industry with experience catering food and beverages. Before starting Red Ember and the Smokin' Grill Food Truck, Anthony made sure everyone was all fed and sufficiently hydrated while watching the sport! He has managed multiple sporting venues, including Pirtek Stadium, Win Jubilee Oval, Brookvale Oval, Manuka Oval as well as major events like the V8 Supercars, the Sydney Tennis International and Floriade... Complete with a custom made smoker, which is also the largest offset smoker in OZ, we bring to the streets of Sydney authentic slow-cooked American Style BBQ with a fresh Aussie twist! Think slow cooked beef brisket, pulled pork burgers and smoky chicken wings just to give you a taste of what we do. Can't stop thinking about food right now?
