Craig P. Tanio

Dr. Tanio is trained in internal medicine and functional medicine. His clinical practice is focused on helping patients reverse chronic conditions including cognitive decline, early Alzheimer's, prevention of cognitive decline, MS, autoimmune disorders, and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) from biotoxins including mold and Lyme. He is also an active participant in the "Bredesen Brain Board," which is a Mastermind Group of only twelve leading clinicians personally chosen by Dr. Bredesen for the work they are doing in brain health. Dr. Tanio is the only Shoemaker Certified Practitioner in the State of Florida. He received a M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco and did his internal medical residency and general internal medicine fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also appointed Chief Medical Resident. He was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He practiced urban medicine in the 90's in Baltimore Medical System, an innovative group of federally qualified community health centers focused on high-risk Medicare and Medicaid patients in inner-city Baltimore. He also practiced medicine with an innovative medical group focused on inner-city Medicare patients with multiple chronic conditions. in 2002, Craig first became interested in functional medicine when he worked with the leadership of the Bravewell Collaborative, a philanthropy group dedicated to accelerating the diffusion of integrative medicine into academic medical centers. He has trained with a number of leaders in integrative and functional medicine including Chris Kresser (Kresser Institute, ADAPT Program & ancestral health), Dr. Dale Bredesen (Apollo Health, Recode and The Bredesen Protocol for Alzheimer's / dementia), Ritchie Shoemaker (CIRS protocol), the Terry Wahls Protocol® and is a Certified practitioner with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. Tanio is currently an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and holds additional faculty appointments at Jefferson Medical College. He was asked in 2012 by the Secretary of Health in Maryland to Chair the Maryland Health Care Commission, the state regulatory authority responsible for quality, outcomes, and primary care in Maryland, which he did for five years. Jack Cochran

Jack is on Rezilir Health®'s Board of Advisors. He is a recognized physician leader with expertise on health strategy and leadership who has built broad and deep relationships throughout health care. He recently retired as Executive Director (CEO) of The Permanente Federation, headquartered in Oakland, CA. The Permanente Federation represents the national interests of the regional Permanente Medical Groups, which employ more than 17,000 physicians who care for 9.3 million Kaiser Permanente members. Kaiser Permanente is composed of the Permanente Medical Groups, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. Prior to his appointment to The Permanente Federation in October 2007, Dr. Cochran served as Executive Medical Director, President, and Chairman of the Board of the Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) for Kaiser Permanente. He began his career with CPMG in 1990 as the Chief of Plastic Surgery and founder of the Plastic Surgery Department. Dr. Cochran began his medical career in clinical and private practice in Denver, Colorado. He went on to serve at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital as Chief of Plastic Surgery, Chair of Surgical Services, and President of Medical Staff, and at Exempla Healthcare as a board member and chairman of its Quality Committee. As a frequent speaker and author on a broad range of health care topics including health care delivery system reform, integrated care delivery, and health information systems, Dr. Cochran's insights gained from decades of work on the front lines of health care provide a unique perspective which he shares in The Doctor Crisis: How Physicians Can, and Must Lead the Way to Better Health Care, a book he co-authored. Dr. Cochran has participated in implementing many of the priorities called for in health reform, including Kaiser Permanente's electronic health record, the largest successful private clinical information systems deployment in the world. He addressed reform at the 2010 National Governors Association Annual Meeting, testified before the Congressional Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions in 2009, and presented at the Senate Finance Committee's 2008 Health Reform Summit. He frequently collaborates with and addresses prominent health plan boards, federal health care agencies, and academic institutions. Dr. Cochran serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Quality Forum, the American Alliance of Community Health Plans, the American Medical Group Foundation, and the UCSF Global Health Group Advisory Board. For more than 30 years, he has volunteered his reconstructive surgery and consulting services in Third World countries, aiding underserved populations in Nicaragua, the Philippines, Ecuador, Tanzania, and Nepal. Dr. Cochran is also a past president of the Consortium for Community Centered Comprehensive Child Care (C6), a foundation that has built hospitals in East Africa. He is a vocal advocate for nurses and oversees the Lois and John Cochran Education Award, an annual scholarship given to oncology nurses at the Lutheran Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Cochran earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado and served residencies at Stanford University Medical Center and the University of Wisconsin Hospital. He is board certified in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) and in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Ron Williams is on Rezilir Health®'s Board of Advisers. A veteran business leader and an expert in value creation. Ronald A. Williams is Chairman and CEO of RW2 Enterprises, LLC, as well as active in private equity and a director to several corporate boards. The former Chairman and CEO of health insurance giant Aetna Inc., Mr. Williams now focuses his energy on strategy, values-based leadership, public-private partnership and health care transformation. Through his firm, RW2 Enterprises, Mr. Williams counsels senior corporate executives on strategy and transformational leadership. He is Operating Advisor to private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC; a Director of American Express, The Boeing Company, Johnson & Johnson and Envision Healthcare; and a member of Deutsche Bank's Americas Advisory Board. He was appointed by President Obama to the President's Management Advisory Board. Mr. Williams became president of Aetna in 2002 and CEO in 2006. Under his leadership, Aetna was named FORTUNE's most admired company in the Health Care: Insurance and Managed Care category for three consecutive years. In 2011, the year he retired, Aetna's revenues were $34 billion, and the company was ranked 77th on the FORTUNE 100 list. Mr. Williams is a member of the MIT Corporation, vice chairman of The Conference Board, and a member of the President's Circle of National Academies. In 2013, he was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and became a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development. He is a graduate of Roosevelt University and holds an M.S. in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tammy Motola

Tammy Motola is the Co-Founder of Rezilir®, President, and a member of the Board of Directors. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and also received a BSN. Her expertise runs deep in the investment banking industry and real estate development side. She became interested in business development and marketing, spending over a decade in this space. Her involvement in raising capital goes beyond the startup circle and expanded to Universities in need of fundraising to support specific programs. She has strong social media marketing and branding skills. Her vision for Rezilir is to become a leader in developing and implementing healthy housing communities. She is currently spearheading the development of their upcoming "Lifestyle living community, where health meets home" under the Rezilir Home division of the company. Her passion and commitment to help and serve others lead to the role of advocate in the anti-bully movement on a national level, where she continues to give talks, participate in podcasts, help victims of bullying, and actively lobbies for new laws to protect children. She is an active life coach, supporter of the arts, and activist for women in the workforce. She resides in Florida where she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and her dog Maverick.
