Christine Thomas is the Managing Director of Complementary Workforce and Talent Alignment at Forvis Mazars, a top 10 CPA Firm. In her current role, Christine is focused on building and leading a dedicated Resource Management team, providing strategic support in deploying talent across Assurance, Tax and Consulting practices and oversees teams both onshore and offshore to provide alternative staffing solutions. Prior to joining her current firm, Christine spent a decade with a national accounting firm where she served as a tax professional as well as serving in a variety of internal client service functions including financial operations and capacity and resource management. Christine holds a Master's of Accounting from Kennesaw State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®).

Gary Becker has been a Resource Manager at AWS Professional Services for six years. AWS provides deep expertise in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that result in real business outcomes for customers. He has more than 25 years of professional services experience in resource management, operations, finance, and delivery. Gary created and led the AWS Resource Management department as they deployed the RM mechanism globally. He earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He also holds a RMCP certification and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Gary is also a volunteer mentor to more than 25 small business owners.

Greg is a Director with the Resource Management Institute (RMI), and is responsible for sponsorships and also serves as one of the RMI's lead instructors of the RMCP® program. Greg brings over 20 years of experience leading technology services teams and resource management in B2B SaaS companies. He has worked with professional service teams in start-up and large software organizations that serve the Financial Services, Healthcare and Mortgage markets. Over his professional career Greg has acquired expertise in service offer development, service marketing and scaling delivery operations.
Prior to joining the RMI, Greg developed and directed the Resource Management Office (RMO) for a leading enterprise software company. He holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and a BS in Information Technology/Human Resources from Ball State University. Greg is a Resource Management Certification Professional (RMCP®).
Jen Brennan is the Program Manager of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). Jen brings over 17 years of experience in project management, survey design, analytics, and data visualization.
Prior to joining the RMI, Jen held roles in both project management and data visualization and design at a full-service experience management (EX) firm. As a Senior Project Manager, Jen oversaw projects from proposal through delivery. She served as the PM lead on client engagements where she was often the single point of contact for client and cross-functional teams. Jen was also responsible for developing and executing complex project plans, providing clients with guidance on basic survey research practices, coordinating day-to-day project team activities, and implementing quality assurance best practices. Jen holds an MS in Political Science from Ball State University.

Jodi Ward, RMCP®, has over 11 years of experience with Esri, the global market leader in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS). As Manager of Esri's Resource Management Office, she worked to stand up the Resource Management function within the Professional Services division, and leads a team of 6 in effectively deploying their dynamic workforce of over 600 GIS experts, to support customers around the world in implementing and realizing the full value of the Esri Platform within their organization. In addition, the team supports development of their people and execution of Professional Services' strategic business priorities. Jodi also works as part of the Esri Professional Services Automation System (PSA) implementation team, responsible for evaluation, selection, implementation and championing of their PSA platform.

Kerrie has over 20 years' experience working across Project and Programme Management, Technical Business Operations and Resource Management and has been leading the resourcing and workforce planning team as part of Resourcing Operations for the past 6 years. This incorporates the implementation of career and competency frameworks, establishing an accredited Resource Operations function and leading a team responsible for the deployment and allocation of approximately 2500 engineers, scientists and technicians along with planning and scheduling of many facilities across a multitude of sites. She is also part of a team leading the rollout and implementation of an Enterprise Resourcing tool across QinetiQ UK. Kerrie is a Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP®) along with Advanced RMCP®, is APMP qualified and holds an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.

As an insurance industry veteran with 21 years of experience, he previously served as an underwriter, project manager, program manager and group manager overseeing business analysts. In 2013, Mike was a founding member of CIC's Resource Management Office, where he helped establish standard operating procedures, a service suite and service level agreements. He currently manages a group of managers and officers and has responsibility for approximately 400 IT associates. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati in addition to numerous certifications across the insurance, IT, resource management and communications industries.

Nick Cochran is a Director with the Resource Management Institute and a lead instructor for the RMI's RMCP® program. With extensive experience in services leadership and operations, Global Resource Management, and training development and delivery, Nick brings a wealth of expertise to this valuable role.
An early adopter of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® approach to human capital management, Nick was a member of the inaugural RMCP® certification class in 2014. Today, he serves as the Training Practice Leader for RTM Consulting, where he is committed to helping services organizations elevate the skills and effectiveness of their teams. Nick's professional background includes leadership positions at Zinc Partners and Ontario Systems. Nick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management and Finance from Anderson University.
Nick Cochran is a Principal Consultant with RTM Consulting. Nick brings over 14 years of experience in PS strategy, operations, delivery, and management in technology services. He has led teams responsible for technology and industry consulting, enterprise software implementations, training development and delivery, and managed services. Nick was an early adopter of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions and was in the first-ever RMCP® class in 2014. Nick is a lead instructor for the Training Practice which includes teaching classes for the RMCP® certification program. Nick holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from Anderson University.
Ryan Childers is the Managing Director of the Resource Management Institute (RMI). With specific expertise in Global Resource Management, Ryan was an early adopter and implementer of the Just-in-Time Resourcing® brand of human capital management solutions. His passion for the resource management discipline is central to his role leading this important industry institute.
Prior to leading the RMI, Ryan spent several years leading the Training practice at RTM Consulting, and as a consultant, helping clients accelerate growth and implement operational best practices, delivery methodologies and Just-in-Time Resourcing®. His professional experience also includes serving in a number of leadership positions in Professional Services and corporate strategy at Ontario Systems (now Finvi) and working in systems deployment at Accenture.
Ryan holds an MS in Information and Communication Sciences and BS in Management from Ball State University. Ryan has been a frequent speaker and panelist at Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) events.
