After receiving his licenses to practice law in both Georgia and the District of Columbia, Mr. Sailers began his legal career in Savannah, Georgia, as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Eugene H. Gadsden in the Superior Court. Soon after, Mr. Sailers became an Associate Attorney at a private law firm, where he practiced Personal Injury law and served as the Assistant School Board Attorney for Savannah-Chatham County Schools. Mr. Sailers was extremely active in the Savannah community. He co-founded "Project S.P.E.A.K." (Speakers Providing Encouragement to At-risk Kids). Mr. Sailers is also a proud graduate of the "Leadership Savannah" program... Upon moving to Atlanta, Mr. Sailers worked for the Federal Appeals Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. He also served as a Senior Trial Attorney, representing indigent clients in serious felony cases for the Atlanta Public Defender's Office.
